Countryside location, quiet environment, 30min from Cork easily accessible by car. Roommate house. The proposed room is spacious and well laid out. Shared bathroom and toilet. We did not meet the hosts but the check-in and check-out directions were very clear and allow you to be self-sufficient.

Eddie greeted me with a warm and friendly welcome, making me feel right at home. On arrival I realized I had forgotten my toiletries, and Eddie kindly facilitated what I needed—a thoughtful touch that made my stay even more comfortable. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, yet it was easy to find and conveniently placed for my stay in Cork. Nóra was an excellent host, we felt exactly like at home at her place. Very cozy and with a good view, a kitchen full of light and plants, a chimney in the corner of the kitchen that we decided to chill by the fire all night instead of going out. She was very kind to welcome us with delicious homemade sweets, and she gave us the instructions and some recommendations about the town which we found very nice(I would absolutely recommend Sika cafe). Overall we had a great time at hers and we'd love to meet her or stay with her again 😊

Had a very enjoyable stay with Barry and Carrie and their family, who are very communicative, friendly, engaging, and hospitable hosts. Paddy the dog was equally friendly. Great shared facilities, including a well-kitted-out kitchen and large clean bathroom. The peaceful location and comfortable bed afforded good nights' sleep. And the room had plenty of drawers, wardrobe space and electrical sockets. Overall, good value for money, and I would definitely stay with Barry and Carrie again.
