Beautiful view - Love

The apartment features one bedroom with a large comfortable double bed, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom (a tub, bidet, hair dryer and free toiletries), dining/living room (with a pull out sofa ) and a beautiful spacious balcony. It is located in a charming apartment-housing estate, in the city's elite residential area, within walking distance from the city centre as well as the elite Banje Beach (about 10 minutes), while the relaxing walk back will only take a little while longer. You can either follow the road or take a shortcut by stairs. You are probably familiar with the fact that most of Dubrovnik's residential area is situated on the slopes of Hill Srdj, above the Old Town. Being situated in this very area, our apartment thus offers you a perfect opportunity to enjoy the spectacular view of the island of Lokrum, the Old Town and its surroundings. Peace and quiet as well as breathtaking views are our strong points . We are close enough and yet far away from the city's hurly-burly. The place can be easily accessed by car /taxi at a very reasonable price, since the place is about 3 minutes' drive from the Old Town. Just go all the way up Bruna Bušića Street, where there is a guaranteed parking/garage spot in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. A bus stop is only 60 metres away by stairs or, if you are not into climbing stairs, another bus stop is only 5 minutes' walk away. All taxes, utility costs, air- conditioning, internet extension, bed linen, towels are included in the price. The apartment can accommodate 3 persons. A PLACE IN THE SUN is sunny and modern apartment with SELF CHECK IN option. It is situated in residential building but also touristic area in region Lapad. There are several nice beaches 10 minutes walk from this apartment ,closest are Copacabana and awarded Cava beach with Coral Beach Club,Orsan Yachting Club with marina and fish restaurant just by the sea is few hundred meters away and supermarket is 1 min by foot down the street, bus station is nearby so in 10 minutes you are in the old town.

My apartment is located just 5 minutes from the Stradun street, old city center of Dubrovnik. It is in the big antique house, built in 18. century, surrounded with huge garden. Location is easy to find, like I said, just 5 minutes from the all events and happenings, and also just 5 minutes to go back from crowded city center to peaceful and quiet garden and mansion.
