Ivica is the most wonderful host. All queries were answered within minutes. His recommendations for things to see and do were all spot on. He is the most helpful host and goes out of his way to make your stay a fantastic experience. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Ivica's properties. It was an amazing experience. Mal Power.

Our visit was a group of 7 girls celebrating having been friends for a considerable amount of years ! We had a brilliant time at Antonija’s villa . The villa was very spacious and well laid out . Plenty of room at the table to eat inside or out . Bathrooms modern and kitchen very well equipped . We just loved the villa - almost the same as our trips to Dubrovnik & Cavtat- amazing holiday , thank you Antonija !

When we first arrived we were slightly concerned by the smallish rooms, separate apartments and view spoilt marginally by telelphone cables. But honestly , as we stayed longer at the villa it was perfect. You can walk to the baker at the bottom of the hill for daily breakfast. The villa is clean and tidy and modern albeit the cupboard space and bathrooms are small but modern. Marko was a lovely host and gave us fresh meat and cheese. Our best day was the boat trip to the islands, swimming in caves, cliff jumping and a lovely seaside lunch in Lopud. You can pay for hotel facilities at the bottom of the hill (5 min walk) - tennis, badminton, jet skiing, beach and restaurants which are all fabulous. We didn’t hire a car and used Uber which isn’t the easiest but doable. Restaurants in Zaton were lovely. You cannot get bored of the amazing view from the outside area with a lovely salt water pool and loungers with unspoilt views to the islands and passing boats. Highly recommended stay!

Beautiful modern home, clean and well equipped, a real home from home. Lovely garden and pool with stunning views, plenty of outdoor seating for relaxing. Maro was a super responsive friendly host, with great communication at all times. Highly recommended.

This was one of the best places I’ve ever rented, and I travel quite a bit. We had a group of 4 couples. The home is bursting with charm. The large dining tables inside and out were perfect for our group. The wine cellar/lounge was so unique and inviting. The outdoor space could not have been more perfect from the large pool, to the spa and sauna. And Amila was so responsive and willing to make our stay perfect. The town of Cavtat was the best hidden gem of our 3 week tour of Croatia. And, it’s just a short Uber trip to get there.

Wonderful stay at a truly stunning villa! Immaculately put together with everything you could think of catered for. Spacious and beautifully decorated. The outdoor pool was superb, the kids (and adults) loved the foosball and ping pong, lovely big TV to unwind in front of after a busy day exploring. Bedrooms were lovely with balcony’s and en suite shower rooms. All kitchen appliances supplied, bonus having a washer/dryer to clear some washing before departure. Little supermarket 2 min walk up the road plus Lidl a short Uber away. Lovely quiet area with friendly locals - it’s a little remote from Dubrovnik which is why I’ve slightly marked the location down, but close to Srebreno/Mlini which has a wonderful beach/bay and some abandoned hotels which interested me at least! Stunning scenery - magical view of the mountains/Bosnia border every morning. Honestly couldn’t fault the Villa Invigo and would 100% recommend to anyone!

Just back from a weeks stay at this beautiful apartment. Location is amazing, the location of the apartment feels peaceful yet it is within minutes of everything you need. Lovely restaurants, supermarket, small shopping centre and beautiful beaches. Ideally situated 20 mins by uber or water taxi from Dubrovnik, 20 mins from airport, 20 mins from beautiful Cevtat. Plenty to do and see. Pasko’s wife Katerina was really lovely and very quick to respond to any questions or needs. She kindly brought us extra coffee pods for the machine when I asked where to get some from in case we ran out. The apartment, like everyone has said in previous reviews, is exactly like the pictures. Very clean and tastefully decorated. Beds were super comfortable, also very handy to have a washing machine to freshen up our beach towels. Also worth a mention was the fact they let us check in early as our flight arrived mid morning. Villa Enjoy was exactly what our group of 7 friends needed. Plenty of room, very scenic, cool dips in the pool, and the villa was immaculate from top to bottom. Having laundry facilities was a bonus at this point of our trip. It is close enough to Dubrovnik without having to deal with the crowds in the city. What made this place stand out above and beyond every other place we visited in Croatia was John. He went out of his way to help us enjoy our stay. He arranged private day trips to Bosnia, Montenegro and a tour guide for the ancient city walls. He included stops for wine tasting, fresh oysters, and historic towns along the way. He also cooked us an authentic Croatian meal at the house. Our group of 7 felt like rock stars with the VIP treatment. There is no way we would have been able to experience as much as we did if we hadn’t booked and met John. Thanks a bunch!!

My whole family loved staying here. We wish we could have stayed another week. The house is perfect, there was plenty of space and the outside area is amazing. Everything was nice, modern and clean. The hosts were amazing, friendly, helpful and super responsive. I definitely recommend staying here.

This villa is very special - we really enjoyed the privacy, lovely outdoor spaces and its proximity to restaurants, supermarket, bakery and walks by the water. Check in was straightforward and communication with the host excellent. It's certainly one we would return to - we loved it!

Maxim’s place was absolutely perfect for our stay. We were 6 ladies so all had own bedroom and bathroom. Living area, patio and pool area were all perfect for our group too. Location is fantastic, beautiful surroundings and short walk to pretty shingle beaches and some wonderful restaurants. Quiet, peaceful location. Natalia and Maxim were responsive, helpful and informative. Also allowed us late check out due to late flight as villa was free for couple days after we left. They also got some shopping in for us on arrival as we didn’t arrive until late eve, and arranged airport transfers. Wonderful stay thank you!

Our stay was amazing! There were six of us and we all agreed – it would be hard to find a better place in Dubrovnik. The house is completely new, yet full of charm – a perfect mix of traditional stone and modern design. Everything was spotless, cozy and thoughtfully arranged. The wine cellar was a lovely surprise – stylish, with a great selection of wines at reasonable prices. The PlayStation kept the younger guests entertained. The location is fantastic – a few minutes from Stradun, but quiet and peaceful. The view of the Lovrijenac fortress is stunning – even from the shower! The jacuzzi was a big hit too, especially with the kids. Our host Toni was quick, helpful and kind – everything went smoothly. We honestly enjoyed the house so much that we didn't even feel the need to go out much. A fantastic place and experience – we hope to come back again someday!

I would highly recommend staying here. The villa is stunning with a separate annexe as well as the main building. Miho was a fantastic host. He was very responsive to all our requests and came and shared bottle of wine and some amazing steak tartare he had prepared for us as well as leaving a welcome package for us in the fridge. The walks around here are also amazing as long as you are fit or have a car. The villa is on the side of a steep cliff. We didn't hire a car and chose to walk to the sea and up the hills and personally loved the challenge of this but it's not for the faint hearted or those who are not fit! The swimming pool and the privacy of the villa are wonderful and the kitchen was well stocked with all that you might need. I could see a family not really needing to leave the villa too often. The port is lovely and you can get a water taxi across to Dubrovnik. I would definitely give this a 5 star rating.

A really nice property overall. Very clean. Good facilities and top spec equipment. Everything you need is there and thought about. Beds really nice and comfy. House has loads of sunlight. Really nice manager who communicated well and looked after us. Some nice restaurants within 5 min drive. So much cheaper than Dubrovnik. Border was ok but on way in took 2 of us about 45mins to get thru. There is a bit of a rush out of Croatia after 4pm as people head back into Bosnia after work. Other times it was less than 10 mins. We didn’t feel need to visit Dubrovnik more than once as villa was so nice. Would recommend this place and we will go back one day!

We stayed here at the top floor apartment (3) in September 2024, and we had a wonderful holiday. Vlaho is a great guy and has a lovely family, who are always happy to help with anything you might need. We very much enjoyed meeting them. The apartment is great. There is a large comfortable lounge area, with full height patio doors onto a large balcony with views over the bay and towards Dubrovnik in the distance. This gives the place a "penthouse" feel. There is a spacious fully equipped kitchen / dining area including a dishwasher and there is access to shared washing machines in the building. Two comfortable bedrooms with plenty of wardrobe space. There are two bathrooms, however one was being worked on while we were there so we only had access to one. No problem for us. Easy walk into town for all the bars and restaurants, and if you don't feel like walking back up the hill there are plentiful Uber's available for about 7 Euros - we never had to wait more than a few minutes.

We have just returned from a week in this stunning villa and couldn't be happier. Firstly the villa itself is absolutely gorgeous, everything is to a high standard and very well equipped with everything we needed for a week away. The views are incredible and the villa is perfectly placed for exploring cavtat. Andeusko was the perfect host, always responsive, friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the front door during the visit (fault of our own) and he was extremely helpful and sorting the issue straight away. We will 100% be recommending this villa and would love to travel here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay

We had the most amazing week at this beautiful Airbnb. The house was spacious, spotless, and set in a peaceful, private location with a stunning pool. Ilija and Ivan were incredible hosts—attentive, thoughtful, and always responsive. They went above and beyond, organizing transport, welcoming us with wine and cheese boards, and even surprising us with homemade chocolate crêpes. We had a perfect stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone!

We had a lovley time in villa schola . Our family loved the pool area ..the weather wasn't the best so we only used the pool on a few days . We used the outside eating area for breakfast most mornings and cooked on the BBQ for dinner on one night .

Beautiful home with 10/10 amenities. Hot tub, pool, and Sauna were all very clean and worked perfectly. Boris, the local host, was super helpful with arranging travel from the airport and was willing to meet us to check-in even though our flight arrived after 11pm. View is unreal.

What can we say, Marina is the perfect host. We were checked in to our beautiful apartment early and also provided a private room to use on our day of departure as we had a late flight booked home. We had apartment 1a on the top floor and it was immaculate, clean, light and airy with the most beautiful views. The pool area was fantastic and we’re we spend some of the hot afternoons cooling down and sunbathing. Personally we loved the scenic 15min walk into Cavtat to enjoy our evenings. The beach was just a short few minutes walk too and there we also took advantage of the sea taxi over to Dubrovnik. Finally Marina arranged for the private transfer to and from the airport which added the perfect finishing touch to our experience at this lovely apartment complex. Trust me all the great reviews are legit and this is a great place to stay we will definitely be back.
