What a lovely place to stay. The deco is great, felt like a home away from home. The place is light filled and welcoming. Would highly recommend it.

Tom and Cosima's flat is exactly as described. It is very spacious, comfortable. and well equipped. It's well located for central Manchester and only a 10 minute walk to Picadilly station. Tom and Cosima are very helpful and friendly hosts.

Clean, comfortable, quiet apartment. Safe neighbourhood, easy access to supermarket and public transport to city centre. Very good communication with Bose, who responded promptly and politely to any question. Check-in and check-out easy and flexible.

The host was amazing—friendly, helpful, and incredibly accommodating on just a few hours’ notice. We cancelled another stay around 3–5 a.m. and checked into this spotless, great-smelling flat by 9 a.m.—well ahead of the usual 3 p.m. check-in. The host was very flexible with early check-in, late checkout, and extending our stay. The team checked in mid-stay to ensure all was well. The flat was clean, well-equipped, and in a great location near Tesco, Aldi, Lidl, and the city centre—almost everything was a 15-min drive. Check-in/out was smooth, and the building was well-maintained. Minor issues: parking bay gets lots of bird droppings; washer/dryer cycles are long (3 hrs each); bin lid didn’t close properly; TV could be bigger; unclear coffee machine instructions; and the iron nearly burned our clothes—needs replacing. Still, these were small things. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended!

We were more than happy with the apartment. Spotlessly clean and had all the amenities that were needed for a two night stay. Any help we needed was swiftly responded to and very friendly in manner. We stayed here as we were taking part in the crystal maze. I would DEFINITELY book this appartment again when staying in Manchester Perhaps an extra dustbin liner would be the only thing that would have been helpful to ensure an easier cleanup before we left The car park was great and very secure, we did need help in finding the correct staircase to our apartment but again, our lovely host was there with a quick response Thank you so much 😊

Had a great stay. Very responsive host. Easy check-in. The place was gorgeous and the sauna was incredible! Great decor and some thoughtful welcome treats were left for us too.

We had a fabulous stay here. The location was perfect to catch the tram, and offered a huge variety of cafes, restaurants and shops in walking distance. The house was bright, warm, clean and comfortable with everything we needed. It was a very charming building. Getting in and parking was all easy thanks to Nic’s simple instructions, and communication was great throughout. I would 100% return and recommend to others.

Great stay in the heart of Manchester, a lovely host who was both responsive and very easy to communicate with. The beds were incredibly comfortable. They were very accommodating allowing us to drop our bags in pre checkout. Amazing views.

Our second stay at Gill's perfect flat and just as good as the first. Very secure and quiet area and peaceful at night. Within walking distance though of shops, bars and Chorlton's varied eateries. Handy parking by the front door, well-equipped kitchen and very comfy bed. Perfect base for us and we'll be back!

Our second time staying here with our dog, and we couldn't fault it. Fab communication and the place has everything you need for a short break. It is the perfect location to explore the Peak District!

Loved our stay, very clean, cosy and central. Lovely outside sitting area, next to river and gets sun in the morning. We enjoyed alfresco breakfasts. This was our 3rd stay, visiting family and friends in Macclesfield. Greyhound friendly which is fantastic.

Great place to stay in Manchester. Really spacious flat with comfortable bed and common areas. I’d been staying in hotel for several days, so it was nice to have a washing machine, full kitchen, and even a tub in the bathroom and make myself at home for a few days. The location is really quiet and off the beaten path. It is about a 15 to 20 minute walk to the heart of the Northern Quarter, and more time to other areas of downtown. Lots to see and do in Manchester, but mostly just really enjoyed having a wander around. Had a really good time visiting all the bakeries in neighboring Ancoats! I ended up making this booking on the same day I was checking in and Ryan was really communicative in both accepting and the booking and getting me checkin details quickly. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We have stayed a few times at Holly’s and it’s always in pristine order and it’s ideal for the surrounding villages and all walkable. I can’t recommend enough 👍

Lionel and his partner are incredible hosts with a great flat that is seconds away from some of the best locations in Manchester. The building's amenities are fantastic and there are great views from both the flat balcony and the pool. Greatly enjoyed my stay and happy to meet them.

Loved our stay, very accommodating, very quiet and cosy. Easy to find and a lovely pub nearby for food. Sadly couldn’t use the pool due to having the dog with us but looked great! Very reasonably priced and nice little farm shop on site. A lovely stay! Also brilliant communication. Thanks

I would definitely revisit Jess’s place again. The location is conveniently situated just outside the bustling center, with several bus stops nearby that make it easy to reach the Trafford Center for shopping, as well as visit the iconic Manchester Football Stadium. I had a fantastic time relaxing in the evening by the cozy fire, which created the perfect atmosphere for our mini date night in the flat. The space was incredibly peaceful, allowing us to unwind and enjoy each other's company without distraction. Additionally, there are plenty of local shops and charming urban cafes within walking distance, making it a great spot for grabbing a coffee or exploring unique finds. Overall, the combination of comfort, accessibility, and a vibrant neighborhood makes it a wonderful place to stay.

Excellent hosts and accommodation. My family and I had a very pleasant stay here, the place was comfortable and well equipped. The grounds surrounding the house are impressive, peaceful and well kept. The hosts, Pam and John were both super friendly and helpful. One my fav AirBnBs!
