Fantastic place to stay in the heart of MCR! Right on the doorstep of the canal, a stones throw away from central, Northern Quater and Ancoats. Amazing reccomendations from the host and a quick guided tour round Kampus. Definitely would recommend and stay again if I ever get the chance!

Another great apartment from Chris, 2nd time staying with Chris’s properties. These are great for a stay for couples home from everything you need is there.

This place was just as beautiful as the pictures. There's comfortable furniture, I felt at home staying here and really liked the view. The location is brilliant but free parking isn't always available (not surprising as it's in the city centre). Check in/out was a new experience, I had to collect the keys from a local shop so I could get my snacks and check in at the same time. I would stay here again.

Space was as described, all of the items needed for a good stay were provided. I didn't have much interaction with Caroline, because everything went so well. Would absolutely stay there again

The elevator was broken, I had to carry my bags to the first floor.

Great place. Very spacious, light and bright. Very modern apartment with great vibes, comfortable furniture and a lot of included amenities. Morgan is a great host, answered any questions I had, had a query regards early check in which was sorted.

We can’t recommend this place enough! Myself and my friend stayed here for a month and it was fantastic. The hosts were very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout. The flat was spotless and we had weekly cleaning during our monthly stay which was much appreciated. The hosts are quick to answer any queries we may have. Upon arrival there were lovely extras left in the fridge which was a nice personal touch. The location is amazing and we felt very safe in the property. The flats amenities were very helpful and we had everything we could possibly need during our stay. Check in and out was also very easy and quick. We would recommend staying here to everyone and we can’t wait to come back as guests. Thank you!!!

Clean, comfortable and well located modern, ground floor apartment. Has everything you need for a short or long stay. Very close to tram stop and Old Trafford (cricket and football grounds). One dedicated parking space available, fast wifi, good shower, easy to communicate with hosts.

The place is great within walking distance of some great spots, shops and restaurants. The apartment has an amazing view of the area.

Overall stay was good!! Was at the heart of Manchester and love lt!! Convenience store were all close by as was a 1 minute walk!! And a close by metro link. Worth all the money

Fantastic place in beautiful area. It had 2 large bedrooms and a lovely living/kitchen area. Spotlessly clean and nice little touches such as coffee, tea, fresh milk, bread rolls and fresh butter. The place is located in a wonderful area and is only a 5 minute walk from an array of bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay again and would recommend without hesitation.

My stay was great. I ran the Manchester marathon so the property was perfect for what I needed - close to the start of the race and the tram. The property had all The amenities I needed as well.

My stay at Kinsgleys place was fantastic! The apartment was impeccably clean, well-stocked with everything we needed, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Kinsgley was incredibly responsive and offered great local recommendations, making me feel right at home. I would definitely stay here again!".

Location was spot on, right in the city centre! We travelled up for the Manchester Marathon 25 and it was spot on. Would highly recommend, the hosts were great

house was lovely and your in a decent area with shops nearby. Stephens a very kind host who was great with replies through the app.

Our stay was brilliant for a weekend getaway to Manchester. Beautiful and relaxing surroundings out of the city, but close enough to city to keep you preoccupied. The log cabin is completely private, but facilitated with everything you need. Chris was a brilliant host, very informative of local businesses, we even had a lovely breakfast at local recommendation of a farm shop/cafe. Will be recommending to friends.
