It has a large wardrobe, a flat-screen TV and a private terrace for chilling. The entrance is separate and the tenant is therefore independent of the landlord. A private parking space at the house is available. A bus to Oldenburg leaves only 5 minutes away.

Fitters appreciate us because of the recreational value and the short distances to Bremen.

The 75 m² apartment is located in the oldest part of a former smoking house surrounded by nature in the Oldenburg region. The apartment was ecologically renovated in 2020. We have retained the original character of the house and combined it with modern elements. From the open dining/living area you can access the terrace in the park-like natural garden, which can also be used. The apartment is suitable for nature lovers.
