The main room offers a living area, a dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen (kitchenette) with a small portafilter machine for loose coffee and capsules (e.g. Illy), a filter coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle. Another bedroom can be separated from the main room with a sliding door. Here there is a folding bed for 2 people, fitted wardrobes, a sofa and a TV and direct access to the terrace. A main bathroom with walk-in shower and WC and a guest bathroom with WC lead off the hallway.

Our holiday apartment is close to the city and quietly located, easily accessible by train, bus, car or other means of transport. It is just 1000 m to the city center, 2 km to the train station, 2 km to the Olantis-Huntebad and about 2 km to Lake Drielaker. In the immediate vicinity are 2 discount markets, 2 pharmacies, 4 bakers, various cafes, a post office, 3 churches (bell ringing hardly audible) and various medical practices. The apartment is located on the ground floor with only one level.

The center can be reached in about 15 minutes' walk or you can walk 2 minutes to the bus stop. The apartment is suitable for 2-4 people. There is a bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. My place is close to the city center, train station is a 10-minute walk, restaurants and nightlife of Oldenburg are very close :-). You'll love my place because of the morning bird chirping and lots of green around, even though you's in the city. You'll also appreciate the roof terrace. Only nice people live on our street. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families (with children).
