Das Bett ist schön groß und gemütlich mit ausreichend Platz für 2 Personen. Es verfügt über einen großen Kleiderschrank, einen Flachbild TV und eine eigene Terasse zum Chillen. Der Eingang ist separat und der Mieter ist somit autark vom Vermieter. Ein eigener Stellplatz am Haus ist vorhanden. Ein Bus nach Oldenburg fährt nur 5 Min. entfernt los.

Das Apartment befindet sich in einer denkmalgeschützen Stadtvilla nur 10 Gehminuten von der Fußgängerzone entfernt. Es ist 2021 komplett saniert worden und technisch auf dem neusten Stand. Auf ca. 40qm kannst du es dir mit bis zu 4 Personen gemütlich machen. Über die große Fensterfront in den Garten hast du einen tollen Blick ins Grüne und den Pool. Falls ihr mit mehr als 4 Gästen anreisen wollt, könnt ihr auch unser AirBnB "Linden Retreat" buchen. Dieses befindet sich zwei Häuser weiter.

Die schöne Altbauwohnung ist geräumig und hell. Sie ist im 1. Obergeschoß gelegen und bietet einen erholsamen Aufenthalt mitten im Ziegelhofviertel. Mit dem Fahrrad oder zu fuß ist man je nachdem in 5-15 Minuten in der City. Ob allein oder mit mehreren Personen, man kann sich hier super wohlfühlen. Neben dem Schlafzimmer gibt es eine Küche mit Esszimmer sowie ein großes Wohnzimmer mit einer Schlafcouch zum Entspannen.
