Lovely little two-bed terrace situated in Lees. 30 minutes' drive from Manchester city centre, but even better, just 15 minutes to picturesque Greenfield, Uppermill, Saddleworth and beyond. My house is perfect for a city-based commuter or weekend stays for a couple or small family who want a launchpad for nearby walks in the spectacular scenery of Saddleworth. The local area, Lees, is a 5-10 minute walk away. There are numerous trails and paths in the immediate area if you want a stroll.

I stayed for one night - Lovely bungalow, modern technology to check in via door handles, had everything you need for a short or longer stay! Spacious kitchen and living room including large dining table, sofa, TV and back garden if needed - accurate description in that regard. Both the main bathroom and my en-suite in room 1 was very spotless and nice touches, bed very well prepared and room was spotless :) Only thing was I would of liked a lamp for night time so I just used the en-suite light with the door ajar I went to an event at Co-op Live and the description said 25min walk but it was actually 45 min walk so that must be corrected. Other than that it was a lush property - expect others to be in the other rooms but they caused me no fuss at all - I would stay here again for sure! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Charming Cosy rooms, home from home guest house.

We spent 2 nights in Michelle's lovely home whilst we were visiting family in Manchester. The rental unit is located at the front of the house and the owners live at the rear. You enter via the main front door (which is just used by guests) and then straight into the lovely spacious sitting room which has a very comfy sofa and a big smart TV........perfect for cosy evenings in. From the sitting room, there is a staircase to the upstairs, where the double bedroom, office and bathroom are located. All very clean and well kept. The small fridge in the office is useful. There is a dedicated parking spot just opposite the house. Michelle and Pete are very welcoming and hospitable hosts and communication was excellent. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return again when visiting family.

Hiba and her partner are very friendly and responsive. The room and bathroom are very clean. The neighborhood is also peaceful. I would stay there again when I visit Great Manchester again!

Really pleased we found this little gem. We normally stay with one of the chains but decided on this occasion to give Airbnb a try. We were not disappointed. It he staff were all really friendly, you could tell they cared and the place was immaculate. Breakfast was good and included in the price and you could upgrade to a cooked breakfast which was delicious. This is a great idea to give people the option rather than overcharging for breakfast which you do not want. Thanks for making us so welcome and rest assured we will be back soon. We'll be trying the shepherds huts next time.
