Easy and friendly reception. Apartment integrated in a condominium with excellent conditions (swimming pools, tennis courts), indoor parking spaces and in good condition. Very close to the beach and the central area (bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets). Well-equipped house with all the necessary conditions for an excellent holiday. I advise!

We had a quiet vacation, the condominium is very nice, with green spaces and a small playground, we really enjoyed it! Jessica responded quickly to all of our issues, it was very helpful.

Andreas’ apartment was clean, safe and secure in a quiet location, with plenty of free parking, and very well located relative to restaurants, shops, bars and the town center/beach. The pool had a number of loungers and plenty of sun bathing space and was easily accessible less than 2 minutes away. The kitchen was very well equipped. We were just a couple but appreciated the space which could easily accommodate 4-5 people with two bedrooms and full bathrooms. The rear terrace and small garden is a relaxing place to enjoy some sun or to have meals. And our communication with Andreas was very good, he was a very responsive host. Overall a great stay, thank you very much Andreas!

We stayed at this vila in June ‘24 which is in a quiet condominium. The condo has nice ground, well kept and peaceful during the week although at the weekends it got busy as a number of other properties are Air B&B. The vila was very big for two of us. We liked it very much. We’ll come back. Thank you André, Ricardo and the team.

We had a fantastic stay at Elke's and Maarten's apartment! Their apartment is large, bright, and beautifully furnished, with a great view that made every breakfast and dinner on the balcony special. We felt very welcome, especially with the lovely bottle of white wine waiting for us on arrival. Everything was perfect — we truly loved every part of our stay and would come back any time. Thank you for making our vacation such a wonderful experience!

Lovely, clean apartment with an amazing spacious balcony with a great view. The apartment was very well equipped with everything you will need. Access to a big pool. Great location, five minute walk to the new town strip and 20 minute walk to the old town and the beach.

A lovely apartment in a really nice and family friendly complex. The photos online do not do it justice. Pool is exceptional and especially good for families with kids, steps in at one end and deep end less than 6 foot. Supermarkets within 10 and 15 mins walk. 25 mins walk to the beach at Quarteria and 35 mins walk into the marina at Villamoura. Local Ubers are excellent if you need them.

Very nice apartment, tastefully decorated and very cozy. Good quality bedding and impeccable cleaning. it is really complete in terms of kitchen equipment and the air conditioner gave us a lot of comfort. The terrace is a real gem, our two year old daughter loved playing there and a big thank you for providing us with a baby chair. Very good location in a small quiet village, 5min from the beautiful beaches, 5min from the town Armaçao da peira and the tourist center, 5min from the shopping centers.

This villa is beautiful, 6 of us stayed so we had full use of each bedroom and the sofa bed, everyone felt comfortable and we enjoyed a few evenings out in the garden area using the provided extra entertainment such as the bat and ball and bowls set. Kitchen has everything needed to cook breakfast, lunches and dinner but the strip is a lovely walk away where plenty of restaurants could be found. Very responsive host and provided information when needed, we had a few issues with hot water and shower drains but these were all resolved by the resort quickly and were no fault from the host herself. Would 100% recommend to stay again!

A great apartment in an outstanding location. You live quietly, but it is located directly on the old town, the equipment is outstanding, the view from the balcony is a dream. In the pictures, the beauty of the apartment is not completely visible. Unrestricted to recommend. All communication was also impeccable and very friendly and accommodating. Thank you for that

Fantastic apartment, spacious. Had everything you may need. Location is excellent, walking distance to everything. Marina just a few minutes walk away. Eric was very responsive, available if we needed anything within minutes. Highly recommend 👌

Had a fabulous stay. Rui excellent host. Apartment location is fantastic everything on your doorstep but very quiet at same time. I stayed with my friend at the apartment having two bathrooms was a god send for us. The balcony is enormous my friend chose to sit in sun on balcony i chose the very private swimming pool in the garden. My 3rd visit to this apartment and will return next year.

we really enjoyed Antonio's appartment. The bed was confortable, the living room is big; if you are golfer, this place is a paradise. great swimming pool. The place is very safe.

We enjoyed 5 nights at Graça's lovely and spacious apartment. It is just 1 minute from the sea and a lovely promenade with resturants along the seafront. The kitchen had everything we needed. It's clean and tidy and looks exactly as the photos. The balcony has a really nice view of the sea. Graça was very helpful and responsive. We highly recommend this lovely apartment.

The apartment is more spacious than the description, the large terrace and the private garden with barbecue is the cherry on top. Absolutely recommended for the location . Ferragudo will remain in our hearts.

An amazing apartment in a great location! The apartment had everything we needed including an information book detailing everything in the surrounding area ranging from recommended restaurants to tennis court locations. Bernice is a great communicator and very friendly. Overall, the apartment is amazing and we miss staying there already.
