Rent entire house/3000m2 outdoors. Nature, tranquility, well-connected village, swimming pool, art, orchard. The total number of guests is 11 and cannot be exceeded. We rent per guest. Additional guests, events, and inquiries. Saltwater pool, available all year round. Suite 1, 2 and 3 with private bathrooms. The village festivities are held on the first weekend of August or at the end of July. 1h 30min/playa - 1h 30min/ski slopes. With 2 guests + baby/small child we use the main suite 1/consult.

Lo Taller de Casa Juano, a spectacular loft.

Large loft with wonderful views of the mountain and the town's Botanical Garden. It is the top floor of a restored house from the beginning of the 18th century. The loft is open, has an area with a double bed and two terraces, another dining area with a smart TV and sofas and another area with a double sofa bed. It also has a bathroom with shower and a loft accessed by a spectacular staircase in which the kitchen is located, fully equipped and with a dining area Ideal for one or two couples.

Nearby is the TRAIN/AVE/BUS station. If you use this transportation, it will be very convenient to move with your bags upon arrival and departure. If you come by car you can park for free 24h in the Augusta-Norauto shopping center, a 15'walk (there are other options). You will be 1/2 hour from the city center on foot, by bus or in the vicinity 12'. In front of the Palomar Castle park and near the linear park on the banks of the Ebro. The apartment, like the furniture, is renovated in 2018.

The studio is on the top floor of the house, abuhardillado style and rustic decoration. A third person can be accommodated in the extra bed that is installed in the living-dining room. The house consists of an interior patio on the ground floor, which can be accessed by the various apartments that the stay has.

We are in the Maestrazgo "where silence speaks". On a 3,000m2 farm, "La Lomica", surrounded by olive trees, 500m from the village of Ladruñán in an old farmhouse that has been restored and refurbished for housing.
