The stay was within what we expected, a very functional apartment, with air-conditioning in all the rooms and with good space, the host is excellent, answers quick questions, gave all the necessary instructions and tips, the hotel has a lot of attractions, but as I went to the carnival it was quite crowded, a little difficult to enjoy, the parking lot needs some maintenance.

Kleber from the first moment of the reservation always answered my questions very quickly, always polite and cordial. The apartment has a visit to Thermas dos Laranjais and the surrounding services are great: the hotel is very close to McDonald's, supermarkets and other restaurants, and, right below, next to the lobby of the hotel has a King Burger. The apartment is identical to the photos, very comfortable. The only bad point of the hotel is that in the very high season (Christmas and New Year) the pools were very full and dirty (but this is not about the accommodation, but with the hotel structure). Overall, highly recommend. The children loved it.

The apartment is according to the photos, the hotel is very good, has practically everything you need for a good stay, hot pool, attraction every day on the pool stage, recreation for children, restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy nearby, you can do everything on foot and is next to Thermas dos Laranjais. My family and I loved the house, we went on a weekend that was hot by day and it was great because of the air conditioning of the rooms, and at night we were able to enjoy the pool due to the water temperature being great, Camili responded super fast whenever I needed and very kind, we loved it very much
