We had a very pleasant stay. Revekka had everything prepared for us, she was very kind. The rooms were as in the photos and the bachyard was very nice. It's a bit far from the beaches but it's fine with a car. There is a supermarket near the house.

Everything was perfect!!! Nikos and Eleni were really responsive and friendly ( with really good recommendations on what to do and where to eat) The house was really clean and fully equipped with everything you might need. We didn’t have any issues with parking which was a huge plus on our side. The location is perfect you can walk to anywhere you want in Afytos Thank you for everything !!!

Great location .2 min to buses, 4 min to the waterfront, minutes from many tavernas , cafes , grocery stores and half a block from a weekly farmers market! Clean, comfortable, great mattress, unending hot water, lots of dishes and appliances. Comfortable couch in the living room. Bathroom is a little small but we got used to it. Great new windows and doors with incredible sound proofing. Such a quiet apartment for city centre! Dimitri was responsive and checked in a few times to make sure we were happy with our stay. The balcony was sunny from sunrise to sunset, spacious and quiet.

The most beautiful part of traveling isn't just the place you stay— it's the people you meet there. We're not ones to chase luxury, but this stay had everything we could’ve asked for to feel completely at home. Just a short walk to the beach, spotlessly clean, convenient parking, and above all, the kindest hosts! Vaso & Ioannis, it was truly a pleasure— thank you for your warmth and hospitality. We hope our paths cross again very soon!

We had a great time at Maria's. The beach is just a five minute walk away, everything was clean and Maria was always helpful und kind.

The apartment has everything you need and is very comfortable and cosy. We were welcomed by a tasty cake and a spotless apartment. The center is really close, still the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The beach with multiple bars is close, a 5 minute walk. Katerina and her family were warm, welcoming, and helpful and it was lovely to spend some time with them! Highly recommend!

If you’re looking for a clean, convenient, comfortable and a place near by to Mount Athos/Ouranoupoli (<15min drive) then look no further, this is the place to stay.

The accommodation is spacious, we were able to stay as 8, 4 adults and 4 children, it is close to Niki beach (5 minutes' walk) and not far from a lot of the beautiful beaches in the area, the apartment was clean and the hosts very welcoming, we warned them that we might arrive a little early and they made sure to allow us to pick up the keys quickly.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Anastasia in Vourvourou! The villa is spacious, perfect for two families, with a large garden where kids can play and adults can relax. The nearby beach is stunning, featuring both sandy areas and rocks that were perfect for jumping into the water. It's peaceful and feels almost private, just a short walk from the house. The house is clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing vacation. Dimitris and his family welcomed us warmly and were always available, ensuring our stay was flawless. Their kindness and hospitality made us feel right at home. We highly recommend Villa Anastasia for anyone looking for a serene and comfortable getaway by the sea. We hope to return soon to enjoy this wonderful place once again! The house is beautiful and as described. It was very clean and had most everything you will need. It is a short walk to the beach and to many restaurants. It is also convenient for driving to other area beaches. The only recommendation we have is to include pool/beach towels. That would have been very helpful. Arabella responds very quickly to any questions or inquiries. Great house! Highly recommend and would rent here again.

Thank you for letting us spend our vacation in this beautiful and stylishly furnished cottage. The house was clean and equipped with everything you need. It was also nice that we were provided something to eat. The location and views are unique. Being woken up by the sunrise in the morning is wonderful. By car, you can quickly get to the surrounding villages and beaches. The communication with Harry was friendly and quick.

The place was even better than expected, the view from the terrace is awesome!! Marios is a great host who responded to all our questions and requests and always responded quickly. We felt very comfortable in his accommodation and would always choose it again!

Perfect starting point to explore Chalkidiki and surroundings, by car. Just a few minutes walk to the beach. Various seating areas in the garden and on the terrace. Savvas quickly and kindly inquired about our condition and gave us helpful tips. Overall, we were very satisfied with our host and "KatIcon Haus Sozopolis"!

We would be there for the 2nd time, as we were very satisfied the 1st time and the communication with Eleni and her husband was great and the apartment meets our expectations in every way. We'll be back and looking forward to seeing you again. Clear recommendation!

It was the best place I’ve ever stayed. Cleanliness, location, and price were all great. (I went knowing it was on the 5th floor with no elevator.) If it’s your first time in Thessaloniki, the location is perfect — close to everything. The famous bakery is just around the corner :) Even though there are cafes downstairs, it wasn’t noisy; the street was lively but not disturbing. I had a great stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location is perfect – very close to the city center, which made it easy to explore. The highlight was definitely the terrace – the view is absolutely amazing, especially in the morning and evening. The instructions on how to enter the apartment were very clear and easy to follow. Also, the host was super flexible with the check-in time, which we really appreciated since we arrived much earlier than expected. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic stay! The house was cozy and clean, a real paradise in which to relax. The location was perfect for exploring the city and discovering all its secrets. We - a family with 2 children - spent the last week of October there. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. It is located on the top 2nd floor with a little view of the sea. Morning sun. The area is full of apartment buildings, so there is certainly a lot going on in the summer. The house is located in the second row and you are immediately on the beach. For us, it was more like a ghost town, as the shops, restaurants and bars were already closed. But we almost had the beach to ourselves. The landlords were very nice and helpful. Always on hand if you had any questions or needed anything!

We went on holyday for the second year @Dimitrios, this time we stayed for 2 weeks, everything was beautiful, the beaches nearby , close to Kassandra and Sithonia, close to Thessaloniki, lots of good restaurants in walking distance, also a large variety of beach bars in the area (maxim 10 min by car). Dimitrios and his wife are so friendly and helpful, we thank them for everything, especially for the sweet treats :) !!
