IMPORTANT: Located by the sea, in an old and simple building, iconic, landmark of modern Pernambuco architecture. The building's water comes from an artesian well, and may have a yellowish color. Comfortable, decorated and equipped microloft, ideal for couples. It has a compact kitchen, with a microwave, coffee makers, electric griddle and refrigerator. TV (no streaming). The building has no parking and no place to store luggage. I recommend the Recife and Riomar malls with free locks.

On our sidewalk we have 2 renowned Bar restaurants and 1 cafeteria Bike Itaú, beautiful square with playground for children and pets. There is NO garage, but all the streets here are free and safe, with traffic and security cameras
