With a privileged view of Recife/Olinda, our loft is a great option for those who want to settle in with privacy, lots of green and comfort, in the heart of the main tourist spot in the region (our historic center). The Miradouro da Marim is a lodging located in Alto da Sé, where the studio of the plastic artist Sylvia Pontual operated in the 70s and 90s. This house dates back to the occupation of the Historic Site of Olinda by artists and intellectuals, which took place from the 60s onwards.

Cozy place for having a beautiful garden, being also close to the beach and other necessary places: bakery, pharmacy, etc. Also close to the beach of Casa Caiada and Janga. For the focus of Carnival 25 minutes by bus is 15 Uber. Being able to live with happy people who can show our culture and beauty of Pernambuco, for a very cool price.

Enjoy the fresh oxygenated air in the backyard with fruit trees, free birds flying and singing and you in the rocking net breathing the sky blue! Three tame dogs, four video cameras on the wall.
