All furniture and appliances are brand new for our guest to enjoy. 2 people sleep in the queen size bed in the bedroom. 1 person can sleep on the convertible futon in the living area. When the futon is opened and converted into a bed, the measurement is 42 x 70 inches. Guests will be provided with the new personal door keypad code.

We had a fantastic stay at Karol & Gian’s place! The home was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and very comfortable. Everything was well-maintained. The bed was great, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the location was perfect- quiet and peaceful. Karol & Gian were outstanding hosts—friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. They made check-in and check-out smooth and were always available if we had any questions. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommended!

Cindy‘s place was amazing. I booked it at the last minute to attend a graduation in the area. She and her husband were so responsive. The home felt like home to me. I definitely will stay here again if she will have me thank you so much formaking me feel so welcome.
