Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Olivet

Very peaceful accommodation, ideal for a moment of absolute disconnection. We have the opportunity to test all the services offered by the place, namely the dining/living area with the fireplace and the outside with the rest areas and it was very pleasant.

We had a great family weekend at the Baracas estate. Everything is well thought out to be able to stay there with 18 people. The proposed activities (swimming pool, spa, games room, petanque court) allow everyone to enjoy and have fun!

Gérard's accommodation and estate are really excellent! Completely tastefully renovated, the accommodation is great and perfectly meets the expectations of a modern Airbnb. The estate is very large, lots of charm and the activities available are a real plus! Finally, Gérard is very welcoming and accommodating. I highly recommend it!

The accommodation is a little small, probably lacks a small TV in the living room to avoid always being cloistered in the bedroom, but that said, the equipment, the storage, the cleanliness was there, the host was responsive, the accommodation is super well located, we came at the time of the city fair, super good point, not very far from our accommodation by tram. Thank you very much. No access to the courtyard (balcony)

Pretty decent accommodation in general but the oven and very dirty disaster impossible to those reheating a dish because no microwave . I would still recommend it for a short weekend because the host was accommodating on my late arrival and responsive

We had a fantastic stay at Fabrice’s apartment. He is one of the most exceptional hosts I have ever encountered. He goes out of his way to make sure that you know how every square inch of the apartment works. We will absolutely stay here again when we return to Orléans.

I cannot speak highly enough about this wonderful apartment and the kindest of hosts. We stayed here for four months and from the moment we arrived it felt like home. All the touches of a family home, spacious, full of character, all day light from windows , a wood fireplace. Every mod con. Induction stove, fridge with ice and water, coffee machine, all the plates, cutlery and cooking utensils you need. A laundry equipped with washing machine and dryer and stacked with cleaning materials. Top notch heating. The hosts? From the moment they collected us at the train station to the moment they delivered us back to the station, they could not have been more welcoming and generous in their responses to our requests. The location? Perfect. The magnificent church outside our window, the 10m walk across the wild Loire into the grandeur of the historic city. Fantastic theatre, art, sport, festivals. If you want to taste France, stay here and stay in this apartment. Thanks Alex and Sophie!

Just what we needed to visit Orleans for an evening of nightlife! Excellent and great location

excellent villa, spacious and beautiful, with lots of extras and all working (barbecue, pool....) which is excellent for putting something to improve, it would be the Jardin area, which is very nice and big, but it takes a little bit to take care of the grass (vortla and water it) by the other, everything perfect The hosts of 10

Yannick was an extremely good host, his home is beautiful and very clean and comfortable with everything you could need for an enjoyable stay. He went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed during our stay. I can highly recommend this home and would definitely rebook with Yannick.

Beautiful family home in a very wooded park. The rooms are very large and well equipped. A playroom for the children and a large trampoline that made them happy. Arrival and departure were flexible. The hosts are very kind and responsive, we recommend without hesitation.

this house is amazing because of its peaceful location in the middle of the forest. A very beautiful enchanted interlude that brings calm and serenity. Equipment, bikes and games above our expectations. We were 10 girls and the rooms and bathrooms were quite numerous. The atmosphere of the house is great and you feel perfectly comfortable there. It's extremely welcoming and the impression is that it's inhabited and not a rental. It feels like home. An experience to redo. If you come with children, they will be thrilled. And if you come without yourself, you can go back to childhood. Thank you Alexis for this wonderful experience.
