Ce logement paisible offre un séjour détente pour toute la famille. A 6 kms d’Orléans, 2 kms d’Olivet et 2 km du péage A 71, je propose ma maison très bien équipée avec piscine chauffée de 10m du 07 mai jusqu’au 06 octobre. Les fêtes sont interdites. Par respect pour le voisinage, la musique extérieure est interdite. Le spa présent sur une photo n’est pas disponible. Draps de lit en option : 15€ /lit /séjour Ménage en option : 80€ !!!! Piscine ouverte du 01 Mai au 04 Octobre 2026 !!!!

Ancien garage à bateau construit au XIXe siècle, avec jardin indépendant et clôturé sur les bords de l'eau. Un canoé et une barque sont à votre disposition pour des balades sur la rivière. Proche de la nature, les canards, poules d'eau, cygnes, etc.. vivront parmi vous. Le chalet est également proche d'une voie urbaine permettant d'aller en 10 min à Orléans.
