Right near the Shinanomachi Interchange, with Lake Nojiri about 5 minutes away, you can enjoy a year-round stay with plenty of activities. In the summer it is cool and the water is cold. - In the cold winter of 10 degrees Celsius, you can stay warm and comfortable from your feet with underfloor heating. Two toilets and the first floor are flat floors, so you can use them safely from children to the elderly. Kurohime Slope is 5 minutes away, and there are many slopes within a 30-minute radius, so you can enjoy a variety of terrain. We offer free rental of a simple BBQ and fire pit. You can lie on the sofa or on the carpet. There are two hammocks! There is a barbecue place in the courtyard (you can use it from April to November).It has a roof (open and closed), so you can rest easy on rainy days! There is also a Finnish sauna on the 1st floor! Fully equipped with a hot tub and a chair! There are 2 water heaters, and the toilets have been replaced with 4 new ones! Shared wallpaper has also been replaced! Also, this building is handicap accessible.There are no steps on the 1st floor except for one room from the entrance. The TV is 2 inch 65 inches. You can also enjoy a fire in the fireplace. There are 11 rooms in total. 31 beds in all rooms. The bath has a large bath! In addition to the barbecue grill, 6 cassette stoves are available so that you can enjoy the barbecue and pot for meals. There are also 5 accessory plates, such as grilled grilled, takoyaki, and teppanyaki.There are also plenty of dishes. There is also a washer and a drier.
