If you like golf there is a 9-hole par 3 course less than 1 minute from the house. Need to get downtown or to west Omaha? No problem! You'll have a quick 15 to 20 minute drive to either far end of town.

It is a historic home so will have quirks that come with an older home. The bathroom is a hand held shower/bath only.

It is also just a short drive or Uber ride to the Old Market, Charles Schwab Ball field, Chi Auditorium, Lauritzen Gardens, Offutt Air force Base, Bellevue, Papillion, Harrahs and Ameristar Casinos, Creighton, UP headquarters.
