Cute, clean, cool listing. In a really fantastic part of Omaha. I've been going to Omaha since I was a kid and this by far the best location/accommodation I've stayed in. The area is beautiful and walkable. Little Italy is cute and the location is short walk to old market. The house is very cute and really clean/well maintained. The host was great and responsive and the instructions were very clear. We had a great stay!

This is a great budget rental! One bathroom, 3 bedrooms, 6 beds. Expect one step up from college furnishings. Owner was awesome & responsive. Overall, it was a good experience & I would recommend!

Richard was an excellent host. He personally showed me around the place when I arrived, and even gave toiletries and food items for free to make my stay better. The night before I checked out I had an emergency where someone I was staying with locked me out of the home. Richard woke up at 3 am and went out of his way to help me regain access. I would definitely stay again in his beautiful home.

This was a great place! Just as described. It easily slept six people and never felt crowded. The host was very helpful and responsive. I definitely recommend the place.

Doug was awesome! The place mirrored the description. We drove from Michigan to meet our new Granddaughter. When we arrived, the welcome gifts were a nice touch. I cooked everyday for my family to give them a break. The open floor plan allowed me to engage with them while making meals. The place was excellent and I would highly recommend it.

We had a great stay while in town for my sons’ tournament! Great beds and big TVs in every room. My husband and I walked the neighborhood and we all enjoyed the easy access to everything! Kevin was helpful and kind. Would stay again for sure!

Incredible experience! The host was responsive and very hospitable! The location was awesome—my wife and I went to a concert, walked around the Old Market, and enjoyed a nightcap on the rooftop of this Airbnb. Then we woke up the next morning to find a farmers market just a block away! This was the best experience I’ve had at an Airbnb. We feel absolutely lucky to have experienced it! Thank you, Julie!!!

The location was close to the highway and restaurants, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Jason’s place was perfect for our trip to Omaha. Easy to find , great access to shops and restaurants. It was nice to have access to the garage and park indoors. The unit was spotless and outfitted with everything you could need. Jason was responsive and easy to contact.

Susan’s home was perfect for my bachelorette weekend! The multi-levels were great for privacy and the shared spaces were wonderful for socializing. It was exactly as pictured, super clean, and had so many amenities available to use. Perfect walking distance to the Old Market for all of our weekend activities. The entire visit my friends and I gushed on just how much we loved it! 🤍 Definitely recommend staying here!!!

This is my second time staying here. It is in a very peaceful neighborhood and there is plenty to do in the area if you have time. It was a comfortable place to come back to after being in class all day. The furniture is comfortable and it has what you need for your stay. Ryan was responsive and helpful especially when the shower head was acting up. He had someone come fix it the next day. I enjoyed staying here.

The place was close to Charles Schwab field and many fun locations in Downtown Omaha. The place had a roof patio but was a bit too hot in Omaha to hang out there. Air conditioned house was cool when we walked into the house. Lime scooters were fun to drive around town and are everywhere the area. We were there for a Youth baseball tournament called Slump Busters. The host Will was good with his communication!

Natalie was very responsive and helpful! I booked this last minute, and she was quick to reach out and communicate and accommodate us! The townhouse was very clean, well decorated, and comfortable. We liked being able to park the car in garage and loved the park across the street.

We enjoyed our stay at Ashley's. It was close to the MCWS and downtown and the zoo. The furnishings were beautiful and we would stay again.

My kids &&’ I love this house so much we didn’t want to leave. It felt like home, I really wish he’ll rent it out as a monthly rental.

Cool apartment in primo location walking distance to the old town area and great to have garage parking. Rooftop deck a nice extra perfect to enjoy the evening.

This unit is a great 4 level, clean, well-appointed place, ideally located next to the historic old market area in Omaha - Kelli is a great communicator. We love the rooftop terrace and the garage. The neighbourhood feels safe - and we would definitely go back.

Jeff and Tracy were quick to respond and made sure I was comfortable in the house. The house was very clean, comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. The neighbors are quiet and it’s centrally located to everything in Omaha. I will definitely return and stay here again.
