We had the most fantastic time staying at Villino. It really did feel like a proper restful holiday away. The reality was better than the pictures and we had a lovely long lunch just next door at the vineyard and walked down the road for an easy swim at the beach. The food and communications made everything so easy. Really hope we can stay again sometime.

House was very well set up for families, it had everything we needed for a relaxing long weekend. There was plenty of space for all six of us. Everything was very clean and tidy, beds are super comfy. The pool was warm and the spa was clean and well maintained. Kids loved the outdoor lights and pools lights for night swims. Only 10mins to get to the beach and shops. Would definitely book again, thank you for being great hosts :)

It was a great stay and the hosts were very friendly and helpful to make sure we had everything we needed. Despite a couple of widespread power outages, the hosts still made sure our stay was as undisturbed as possible. And made sure we had power and a warm stay through bad weather. And they even offered for us to move or cancel before hand knowing the weather and the risks that we due.

Had a beautiful stay at this house, sam was so kind to let us check in much earlier after our flight and was so quick to respond! house was in great condition and super clean with plenty to do in the home. Thank you for letting us stay :)

We had a fantastic stay at this accommodation! The location is peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect getaway while still being conveniently close to everything we needed. The house itself is well-equipped with plenty of amenities, and the facilities were spotless and well-maintained. One of the highlights was how great the space is for entertaining guests—it’s an ideal spot for bringing extended family together, with plenty of room to relax and enjoy. The hosts were incredibly easy to communicate with and very flexible, which made the whole experience even better. Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-appointed stay! We’ll definitely be back.

Lisa’s house was as beautiful as the photos and very comfortable. It was super close to everything we needed for our little family and the heated outdoor pool was the best bit. The pool and the hot tub meant we didn’t need to find entertainment for our little one and on sunny days the outdoor area was bliss. Lisa provided lots of games, toys and books to read and we felt we had really gotten away from it all staying in this lovely home.

Sarah’s home sits in a stunning location. When you walk in the view of the ocean and the bay by Palm Beach and the sailboats against the shimmering water and huge sky is just unforgettable. The house is big and comfortable and well stocked with everything you need. The salt water pool is the perfect temperature and the hot tub is hot and warms you up after swimming. The walking track is right in front of the house. It’s on a steep drive but it’s centrally located on Waiheke and easy enough to get everywhere. We really enjoyed our stay. If you have small children this is the perfect place to stay. Andrea could not have provided anything more - everything we could possibly need was thought of. Location is brilliant, close to the beach and about 20-30 mins from everywhere we went. We would 100% come and stay again. One of the most family-friendly places we've been in. Thank you!

Such a beautiful, serene spot. Absolutely perfect for our group of ladies. Plenty of space, stunning, modern and comfortable interior. Being able to sit out on the deck with the gorgeous view was incredible, as was the hot tub. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay, it was just what we needed and 100% would return and recommend.

Absolutely beautiful house, we had a great stay at Fiona's place! It's a great location too, it was lovely being able to walk down to the beach. Everything is as listed and looks like the photos, would definitely recommend to other guests.

Back again! It’s a great place with incredible views out to the Barriers. Simple but stylish with plenty of tools in the kitchen to knock up a great feed, and, the best slumber with the comfiest of beds. I reckon we’ll be back!

We had an amazing stay at Eve's place! The photos don't do it justice. The backyard was huge, our group loved the spa and the outdoor seating area. The interior was crisp and clean, would definitely stay here again and recommend others do the same if they're in the area.

Jean's space was the perfect place to rest my head before a volunteer trip with DOC. Walking distance to downtown and intercity bus stop, but very peaceful and quiet street. The heated mattress pad made for a very cosy night! Clean and comfortable :)

We absolutely loved our stay at Patrick’s beach house - it was everything we hoped for and more. The home was immaculate, beautifully modern, and thoughtfully laid out, with a spacious open-plan living area that made it perfect for our family. Waking up to the sunrise over the water through the lounge windows felt like something out of a travel magazine. The location is unbeatable - right across from a peaceful stretch of beach that’s perfect for morning walks, kid adventures, or simply unwinding with a coffee and the view. Having multiple bathrooms was a huge bonus, and the beds were super comfortable. Patrick was an excellent host – quick to respond, clear with communication, and genuinely welcoming. Easily one of the best Airbnbs we’ve experienced - we’re already planning our return! Cheers!

We really enjoyed our stay . Location felt really private and away from main roads . Location was great only two stops on the bus from the wharf . Having the car available was amazing , made travel around the island so easy .

We had a truly magical time staying at Karl’s hidden gem on the beach front, we were blessed with stunning sunrises and sunsets from one mountain to another over the sea, we felt right at home here, the beachfront was truly spectacular, private and the home was so cozy and so special to be in, we are very grateful for the experience, we had the best time with lots to do and explore in the area, we were constantly blown away by how beautiful and special it was

Michael, We would like to thank you for affording us the opportunity to stay at your place. Getting away from the hustle and bustle of life gave us the chance to switch off, relax and take in nature. The views are amazing and getting out on the kayaks paddling around the island and visiting the smaller secluded islands like Pembles island isn’t something you get to experience often. We would also like to acknowledge and thank you for making this booking so easy. Your communication has been outstanding, directions and instructions were clear and we could not have asked for a better host. We highly recommend Micheal and staying at the Tree house at Kawau Island.

Great stay, very well stocked with all the right things and so spotlessly clean. Lovely view across to the hills, nice and handy to shops / amenities. Very accommodating given we booked night before.
