Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Omiš

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

The homeowner was very friendly and polite, always quick to respond to questions. The accommodation was very clean, there were 4 towels in each bedroom. The caretaker came immediately when there was a problem with the electricity. The price was also quite fair for the view and the pool. I can only recommend the accommodation. Everything is great 👍

Had a wonderful stay! The place is just like the photos, with amazing views out to sea and across to Split. A fantastic outdoor space with the heated pool and outdoor kitchen where we prepared and cooked all our meals. The bedrooms were comfortable, with good temperature control, blackout shutters, and well sound insulated from any noises outside. Recommend the short hike up the hill behind the house for even more amazing views in all directions. Nina and Petar were great hosts, proactively making contact ahead of arrival and departure, meeting on our schedule, providing great recommendations for things to see and do, and being easily reachable if needed.

We had the most wonderful experience staying at Milena and Mirko’s villa. From the moment we arrived, Milena made us feel incredibly welcome. She was warm, thoughtful, and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. Her hospitality was truly above and beyond – always available, kind, generous and full of advice and local secrets.  Mirko was equally lovely – a kind-hearted host who regularly checked on the villa to make sure everything was perfect. He even brought us thoughtful little gifts during our stay, which made us feel extra special. The villa itself is immaculately maintained. The pool and hot tub are outstanding, and the outdoor summer kitchen is a dream come true – perfect for cooking and relaxing in the stunning surroundings. The view from the villa gave us a true sense of peace and escape. We can't recommend this place enough. It’s clear that Milena and Mirko put their hearts into hosting this villa. We would definitely return.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful house! It was very peaceful and so special, with a historical house, certainly a memory for life. The garden was really nice with a lot of shade which saved us in from summer heat 🙏 There were several tables, seatings and a hammock in the garden so that we could eat all our meals out in the shade. On one hand we had the spectacular mountain top, and on the other hand the magnificent sea view with sunset in the evenings. Zoran was really helpful so that the arrival went smoothly, and checked in with us during the stay to see if we had any trouble. We highly recommend a stay here, and will take any chance for a return to this magical place! 💫

We loved having a private patio and pool. We used the kitchen a lot and had a great time here. The hosts were super helpful and we responsive. I'd recommend having a rental car here as the road to get here is steep at times. The view was so wonderful and was a big reason we decided to stay here as well.

If we could give this 5,000,000 stars out of 5, we would. Irena & Đuro treated us like family from the moment we arrived and we'll be grateful to them forever! If you want a truly unforgettable experience and to be part of something special, PLEASE book this place. From kind words and surprise refreshments to a perfectly private beach tucked into a hidden oceanside village, you will not be disappointed. We had a rental car but didn't use it because we couldn't be torn away from the peaceful clear waters of the Adriatic and the beautifully manicured terraces for lounging and enjoying the sunset views. We could go on and on, but we'll just say: THANK YOU & SEE YOU AGAIN! <3

It’s hard to put into words how amazing this place is, the house is stunning and unique in its location and direst access to the sea! I was dubious when I saw all of the positive reviews but this home truly exceeds expectations. It’s beautiful, has great facilities and the beds are SO comfortable and the aircon works really well so it’s always cool. We did struggle to get around without a car but we were recommended a wonderful taxi driver who took us around everywhere! Can’t recommend this place enough and hope to come back again soon! We stayed for 3 nights at Bojana’s beautiful and peaceful property. The panoramic view was beautiful. The apartment was spotlessly clean and provided everything you could possibly need. A big thank you too to Bojana who was very responsive from the outset to departure. Giving us lots of local information on arrival and she very kindly collected us from the ferry port too. All in all a lovely stay and would definitely come back. Thank you.

We really enjoy our stay. Everything clean, modern, absolutely perfekt. The apartment, the view, the pool, ... . The owner was helpful and communicative. Last but not least, excellent conditions for charging our electric car. It was wonderful, we would love to come back.

Our stay here was so amazing and everything we hoped for and more!! The property looked like the photos and was even more beautiful in person. We had plenty of space and were comfortable as the place was very clean and felt right at home. The amenities were the best part. We highly enjoyed the pool and the sauna. We had such a wonderful stay at Zvonimir’s place in Podstrana! The home was beautiful, clean, and had an absolutely stunning view, the kind you don’t forget. Zvonimir and his family were exceptional hosts: kind, welcoming, and genuinely thoughtful. One of the highlights was receiving some delicious homemade treats that made us feel right at home. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations, and we’d absolutely come back again. Highly recommend!

Great little Airbnb in the perfect location in Bol. You have the sea right there out your bedroom window and can pop in for a dip so easily. The little balcony is a treat. It’s a short walk to all the restaurants and supermarket. It’s nice and quiet. You’ll love it

Fantastic apartment within walking distance from Omiš town amenities! Spotlessly clean, comfortable and great for cooking. The terrace gets panoramic views of the coast - dinner with sunset is perfect! Hosts were lovely and helpful! We would highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay! Antonia is such a warm and kind person. She helped us out with questions, ordered a taxi for us, and recommendations of where to go on the island. The apartment itself is beautiful and cozy. Thank you Antonia for a wonderful time and for your husband who showed up the ferry with my name on it, and the delicious snacks, wine, and marmalade. It meant a lot.

Such a gorgeous air bnb! We really enjoyed our stay here. Only a 30 minute bus from the city centre, you really can’t beat this location. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Definitely reccomend.

We enjoyed our 2 week stay. It is a great location and we really had the chance to rest out. Trogir is walking distance and the beach was straight down the road. Klara our host, was helpful and always available to communicate with us. I can recommend to stay there.

Great comfortable apartment within walking distance of the beautiful city of Split.

The Airbnb is very well located, close (3 min walk) to several delicious restaurants, close to the water and the busier core of the city. It has all the necessary/listed amenities, a very cute kitchen and nice patio. It is a great place for a girls trip or a couple + 1 or 2 kids. The washing machine is quite small, so if you need laundry plan accordingly!

Maya, her son, and father are amazing!!! Very friendly and accommodating. We spent the most time here during our 2 week Euro trip. Fantastic views from the balcony and a great place to relax with lounge chairs and a table to eat at. Right on the water with a great walk down to the shore where you can jump right into the sea! Space was modern, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was SO nice. By far the nicest bathroom of anywhere we stayed. Maya's father took us out on his boat with his beagle. It was amazing. He knew the best spots, shared cool information/stories. It was a very authentic/non touristy experience. Maya let us borrow snorkel gear and that was beyond awesome because we snorkeled in the sea by the house but also on our boat trip which was truly special. She also provided homemade olive oil which was divine. WONDERFUL experience and stay.

We had an incredible time! The location of the apartment was ideal with less than a 10 minute walk to 3 different beaches! There were multiple supermarkets also in 5 minuet walking distance. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped which was ideal for us as we made most of our food in the house. The apartment is small but perfect for a week’s stay for two people. Thank you Enis!

We really enjoyed our stay and agree that the balcony is the best place to enjoy coffee in the morning and the sunsets in the evening. Loved being able to quickly walk into town but also being away from the crowds a bit. The views were amazing, the apartment space was huge and we loved having a washing machine to do laundry. Ericka and her husband were so helpful with suggestion of where to eat and places to walk, to the amazing reference book in the apartment. Would definitely choose the apartment when in town!
