This neighborhood is home to two cinemas, a contemporary art gallery and several renowned restaurants. Street art lovers will be able to discover the frescoes that are omnipresent.

Access to heated pool (May to September 15), outdoor space shared with the owners; Jacuzzi reserved for tenants. The studio is adjoining our house but the entrance is independent. Located 10 minutes' drive from the beaches of Seignosse, Hossegor and Capbreton, 25 minutes from Bayonne and 50 minutes from Spain. Numerous bike path starts. Closed parking in the courtyard.

This house is ideal for 3 couples and 4 children (Max). Guests will have an outdoor table, chairs and deckchairs, umbrellas and garden furniture. BBQ. With its own small vegetable garden where you can help yourself to tomatoes, zucchini, salads and herbs.
