Toru was very hospitable and picked us (a party of 5 plus big luggages) up at the train station. He even took us to the airport on for our day trip and when we left japan. He offered many restaurant recommendations around the property. The property itself was exactly how it was in the photos. Overall, I would definitely recommend Toru’s property.

The location was also good, and above all, we had a very good time with a beautiful and luxurious feeling. Many of the BBQ supplies were left by previous guests, which was smooth and enjoyable.

I wanted to relax with my family of 4, so I stayed for 5 nights🌴 Staying with 2 and 6 year olds is always difficult because of the luggage, but here there are all kinds of beautiful things such as plastic tableware and cutlery for children, picture books, and a jug to play with in the bath, and I was able to spend a very comfortable time with the children without any inconvenience.✨ Also, I'm sure it's for the dog, but there was a gate installed next to the stairs on the second floor, which was a relief because I was worried that my 2-year-old might fall out of the bedroom.◎ It is a quiet area in the countryside, but if you go out for a walk, you can see snails, turtles, and various natural things, and there was a small park with swings, etc. less than 10 minutes away, so I enjoyed it.😊 The whole facility is new and clean, and the host's response is always kind and prompt, and thanks to them, I had a very comfortable time, and I am grateful. Next time, I want to ride a tuk-tuk🛵

This home was easily our favourite place out of 3 trips to Japan! Toshi and Reiko were the kindest hosts, attentive to all the small details. It felt like a home away from home. Kids had endless fun at the playroom and we played many family games in the living room looking out into the garden. We had good sleep in the comfortable beds and made many homely meals in their big kitchen. Location was superb! Quiet and safe neighbourhood with a playground nearby.

Thank you for your very warm response! The inside was very spacious, there was a nostalgic atmosphere somewhere, and it was very quiet, so I had a relaxing time. Access to Mother Ranch is also good, and I'd love to stay again if I get the chance.

It was a healing space with beautiful rice fields and mountains right in front of the eyes, and panoramic views from the living room. I took my 99 year old grandmother with my 77 year old mother and they were both very satisfied. The house was clean and equipped with everything we needed.It was difficult to eat out, so I cooked a lot of things, but there was no inconvenience. The bath was also large and I had a relaxing stay. We enjoyed 6 people in total for 4 generations. The garden was also beautifully maintained.There were plums and chestnut trees, so it was fun to watch.

I was drawn to the location, which is just a short walk to the sea, and stayed there! The building is old, but it is well cleaned and clean Basically, there is nothing around, so it is better to buy everything you need before drinking. It was for 2 people, so everything was sufficient on the 1st floor It seems like up to 6 people can stay comfortably Dog goods are well prepared, and all you need is the usual food The BBQ space was abandoned due to the influence of the sea breeze Communication was very smooth and polite I'm satisfied with a weekend reservation for a little over 20,000 yen!

It was clean and very neat! There were so many tools to play with, and it was so much fun!

We loved our time here! The kids really enjoyed playing on the beach and we could watch them. Hopefully we will be back in the future!

I used it at a sports tournament.Unfortunately, it was rainy, but I enjoyed the humorous illustrations and rested slowly.The surroundings are surrounded by nature, and I would like to stay again on a sunny day.

I don't think it's easy to find a Japanese house with a traditional atmosphere and all the facilities in good condition at this price. There are a lot of photo scams, so I was surprised that the building and facilities were more beautiful than the photos. I've been looking for a Japanese house, but most of the time, the neighbors are ordinary houses, and I'm worried about being seen from the veranda... But here, only greenery spreads out before me. That sense of freedom was really good. It may not be suitable for people who want to go sightseeing or have a drink at a snack bar at night. Honestly, is there any sightseeing in Chiba besides the sea?? However, it is very rare to be able to go to an environment with mountains and rice fields as far as the eye can see in just an hour and a half from Tokyo. It's amazing to be able to enjoy 'real nature' so easily. It is highly recommended for those who want to experience a little secret place. I don't have a car, so I asked for a pick-up from the station, and I don't think there is any other inn that would be so polite. Pizza pot experience, it's a big hit!🍕 I heard that there was a pizza oven service during my stay, so I tried it. Pizza... is made by fermenting dough!?It was more authentic than I imagined, and I was surprised. You have to prepare the ingredients yourself, but I thought, "That seems difficult..." and prepared a frozen pizza to compare... The difference in taste is obvious! The handmade pizza was so delicious that it made frozen pizza seem surprisingly bland. I was reminded of how much I had gotten used to the 'appropriate taste' until now. You'll be missing out if you don't order this pizza pot service! Please try it🍕

It's a great choice if you have a car. The accommodation is spacious and pleasant. The host's kindness stands out by attaching instructions for the equipment all over the place. There was a pretty tangerine tree, so I was lucky enough to taste some.

We stayed as a family of 4, but the living room and kitchen were spacious and we were able to use them very comfortably.The garden was also large, and it would have been best if we could have had a campfire, but we gave up because of the rain.But the children enjoyed playing catch and other games during the brief sunny intervals. There were two baths, so we could use them separately for men and women. I made good memories.Thank you very much.

We had a fantastic stay during golden week. Naoki san was super helpful with the process and the place had all of the amenities we could want. We had a great bbq at night and the next day it rained, but the place has a beautiful garden view from the sunroom. We sat there painting pictures and doing yoga, it was a highlight. There’s a building next door but the space feels private and no one ever bothered us when we played some music. He let us check out late (free!) because there were no guests the next day. That was really kind. Btw It’s best to go by car to enjoy the area, but the station and grocery are both walking distance. The only thing that bothered my friends was there were two (friendly) ashidaka spiders living in the house. We escorted a big one out and let the small one be. They don’t bother you and are harmless to humans, but just be aware if you’re visiting the Japanese countryside in an old house it’s unavoidable:) I’d stay again and hope you enjoy too!

It was the second time in five years, and the facility was upgraded again and it was great! Unfortunately it was raining, but I enjoyed it so much that I didn't mind. My first friends and two families were also very happy, and the children enjoyed it very much. I want to go again!

Beautiful location. It was relaxing, right next to the beach. Sleeping arrangements were perfect for our group! Noriaki was responsive in a timely manner and gave good info on things to do in the area. We had a lovely stay here!
