Stairwell to apartment is narrow and could be a challenge for some. Access to fenced private family garden if you like. We are often around and outside but the apt is very private.

My humble home is an 10 minute drive to Syracuse university, upstate hospital, VA med center, the 240 bus stop is 13 minutes walking with about 40 minutes to the university by bus. Wegmans grocery store is an 11 min drive and the airport is 16 mins away driving. A short trip from many things to do and places to grab a bite! If your travels bring you anywhere to the central NY vicinity, I highly recommend this Air BNB over a hotel without question. Merritt is an amazing host and the setting is beautiful! You feel like you are staying at a ski lodge! The restaurant and bar are right on property which makes it even more convenient.

Check in was a breeze, i am satisfied with my stay. I had the twin room. The bed was comfortable and had a smart tv which was greatly appreciated. There is a Tops supermarket literally a 3 minute walk and you can see it from the kitchen window. Guests did respect the quiet hours so that was also good. The kitchen was clean and very organized with specific area for each room that was labeled so everyone had their own cupboard, & area in the fridge. Laundry was good too in the basement. Overall I would come back but next time I'll try for a bigger room. The entire family was very welcoming and ready to help in anyway which was awesome. thank you so much :^)

Rose was one of the best hosts that’s I’ve had since renting. The house was very spacious, clean, accommodating, and peaceful. Rose was very responsive with any questions that I had regarding the house. Additionally, she was very kind, friendly, and accommodating during my stay. I highly recommend this rental to anyone who is passing through Syracuse looking for a great place to stay.
