Ce logement paisible et de charme dans une vieille longe rénovée, offre un séjour détente ou actif pour un couple, toute la famille ou un groupe d’amis. Situé dans un petit village en hauteur avec vue sur le lac du Bourget, en bord de foret. Activités pour tous les goûts et âges (randos, via ferrata, sports aquatiques, vélo, circuits touristiques et gastronomiques, visites de vignobles) ou tout simplement la « farniente » au bord de la piscine. Possibilité de commander petits déjeuners et dîner.

We rent an appartement with one bedroom, a living room with kitchen and bathroom, in an old renovated farm in a charming small village overlooking the Lac de Bourget. It's very quiet here, the house is on a dead end street, yet you are close to major cities (Geneva, Lyon, Annecy, Chambery, Aix-les-Bains) and have plenty of outdoor sports opportunities : hiking, swimming, mountain-climbing , motorboat rental, cayak, canoeing, bicycle riding. The next ski resorts are about a one hour drive

Independent accommodation not overlooked (approx. 20 m² + 10 m² covered terrace) on the ground floor of an inhabited chalet by Lake Bourget: separate kitchen, bathroom, living room and covered terrace with stunning lake views. Cool temperature in the accommodation during hot weather. Direct access to Brison-St Innocent beach - 200 m walk and many activities nearby summer and winter. This place is close to walking trails. It is located 2 km from the beach of Châtillon at the end of Lake Bourget, and it is a 10-minute drive 9 km from Chanaz, a very flowery village crossed by a Roman canal that connects the Lake to the Rhône from where boats leave for Aix-les-Bains as well as the Abbey of Hautecombe, necropolis of the Kings of Italy. For bike lovers, it is possible to take excursions in the largest poplar grove in Europe.

We are a few km from the spa town of Aix-les-Bains where you can relax and enjoy cultural visits. The Revard resort, 1 hour from the accommodation, will welcome you for sports activities in winter and summer. For foodies in the village, 2 restaurants will delight your taste buds.
