Spacious 35 m2 fully equipped studio with balcony, perfect for skiing, hiking, or mountain biking on the Agudes side (1500 m). Located at the foot of the slopes in the heart of the Pyrenees, south-facing balcony very sunny with very nice view of the slopes and the valley. The apartment is equipped with a parking space and a ski locker, all in a secure residence (digicode and concierge). Plan for cleaning at the end of the stay, linens not included. NO SMOKING! Cleaning not included!
