You will stay in a comfortable, fully furnished holiday home, the "Dashuis". The house is next to our own house and has its own entrance. You have your own, enclosed terrace with plenty of privacy. In the immediate vicinity, there is a good chance that you will encounter deer or a kingfisher. The location is in a natural environment with ample hiking and cycling opportunities. Cities are easily accessible, Leeuwarden 30 min., Groningen 40 min. A direct bus to Heerenveen, including the Thialf ice stadium.

At the edge of the Appelschaster forest you will find this modern nice holiday home. Completed October 2020 with all facilities. The accommodation is equipped with spacious kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker and combi microwave. The stay has underfloor heating, air conditioning, bar with tap and box-spring beds. Excellent audio and TV is available with Netflix. Next to it is a 6-person jacuzzi that can be used all year round. Restaurants, mini golf, amusement park Duinenzathe amusement park.

Nice cozy house with all amenities. Experience the peace and quiet that reigns here. Beautiful cycling and walking routes are available that will take you to the most beautiful places in the area. Bicycles available! There are also beautiful ATB routes nearby that you can try out. You can do shopping in the village itself. If you are looking for a larger shopping center, Gorredijk (known for Rinsma modeplein) Sportstad/Thialf Heerenveen, Drachten, Leeuwarden, and Sneek are also easy to drive to.

Summer at the Ruskehoeve!

The Ruskehoeve is an old forest farm in the atmosphere of the past. There are 3 bedrooms. Layout; hall, shower, toilet, kitchen, loft with staircase entrance to cozy sleeping loft where there are two single beds and a toilet. At the rear there is a spacious bedroom with a double bed (160/200). The living room is heated with a Tigchel stove. Adjacent to the living room is the downstairs bedroom with double bed (140/200). Behind and in front of the house, you can sit outside.

Guesthouse "De Kraanvogel"

Guesthouse "De Kraanvogel" The atmospheric log cabin can be found in the yard of a farmhouse and has its own driveway. Sheltered under a wooden wall, look out towards the Fochtelooërveen and in the beautifully maintained garden. During the summer, the view may be obstructed by the growth of corn or any other crop. The cabin contains a bedroom, bath and living room and the whole can be heated with a wood stove. You can prepare yourself your own coffee or tea in the cabin.

Relax in detached, cozy cottage.

The detached cottage with underfloor heating and wood-burning stove is located on a piece of yard between the old port of Oldeberkoop and our farm. The lovely sunny garden with terrace, are located around the cottage and give you all the privacy. In the mornings you can walk to the local baker for fresh sandwiches. A walk started in the opposite park-like Molenbosch. With the free bikes you can explore the wooded, rural surroundings via all kinds of routes. A place to relax!

The Swan

At the edge of one of the largest nature reserves where you can walk or cycle in the Fochteloërveen, on the border of Friesland and Drenthe. Discover cranes in the vast nature. In this peaceful and stylish summer house with 2 bedrooms directly on the lake, you can unwind and relax. The surrounding area has everything people desire from shopping in surrounding places to discovering unique restaurants. The house is located and has a lake terrace.

The wooded area of Beetsterzwaag or the Drents Friese Wold ( 15 km) is all within cycling distance. Your own driveway and private kitchen at your disposal. The apartment is spacious and lacks nothing! Very suitable for 50 + people who like to ride a bike!
