Kućica može primiti 4 osobe + 2 osobe na pomoćnom ležaju u dnevnom boravku. Kuhinja je opremljena pločom za kuhanje, napom, hladnjakom, posuđem za kuhanje i serviranje, priborom za jelo i piće. U predjelu dnevnog boravka nalazi se SMART LCD TV, besplatni Wi-Fi u cijelom objektu te klima uređaj (hlađenje/grijanje).
