We enjoyed our stay very much. Mr. Zvonko and his wife are a great team. Both very friendly and helpful. The apartment is very clean and tidy, you felt right at home. There are air conditioners in the apartment, so the temperature in the apartment is super pleasant. Everything is available in the apartment, so if you want to eat at home, you just have to worry about shopping for food. Cups, coffee, plates, bowl, cutlery, pots, pans... everything available. Towels and bed linen are also at guests disposal. The location is also good, you have shopping nearby. The sea is also within walking distance (about 12/13 minutes) We can recommend the apartment with a clear conscience!!

My wife and kids were already enjoying holiday near Zadar and I was able to finish my work earlier so we decided they'll skip return flight and I'll join them for extended holiday. Then weather forecast went from bad to even worse, so we were reconsidering till last moment when it suddenly changed to better. It's pretty hard to find last moment (less than 24 hours) accommodation. From few options I already had one request rejected. Ivana was very flexible even she had to manage quick cleanup as other guests were leaving that morning. Place is comfortable with equipped kitchen (only thing we were missing was something to turn pancakes - our kids love them). In front there's quite busy street, but to our surprise it was quiet inside. Parking is nearby, city center with shop, bakery, restaurants and beach is about 200m down the street. Unfortunately dogs are not allowed on the beach, but there's great dog beach in Kosirina bay - we really enjoyed it there. Thank you very much.

A very nice small little Apartment with everything you need for a stay. Saperate sleeping room, small kitchen with fridge and freezer, and a very nice surrounding, 5 minute footwalk to the beach, bakery is just a minute away, restaurants and the towncenter are in walking distance. Overall a very nice place to stay, and Nina is a very friendly and nice person, helpful and kind.

Nice host, always available on the net (before arriving and during staying). The apartment is quite big, with a spacey balcony. 1 minute walk from the nearest beach. Simply furnitured, but cosy. It has a dishwasher and s washing machine, three air-conditioner (one is a bit noisy, but working well). We might come back again. 😊

For us as a family with small children, it was perfect. There is even a small playground in the yard with great equipment. The apartment was very clean and everything as described. The hosts were very nice and tried to make us feel comfortable.

The accommodation was pleasant and comfortable. The apartment is fully equipped, located a few minutes' walk from the port. There are excellent restaurants and cafes, a bakery and a supermarket nearby. The host was very helpful and kind. :)

We had a great week at the town of Betina. The house is directly located in the old town, only some minutes to the old port - with restaurants, cafes, bakery in shop. The appartment is directly at the sea - you can look at the ships from your living room sofa. The space between house and sea is very private and not used by anyone else. We always sat there until sunset. If you look for a quiet and private accomodation, only some minutes to the center (or to the car - if you need it), with perfect and newly renovated appartment, funishing and kitchen, that´s it! Thank you Jere - and your Mum who makes the appartment shine!

This is our second time back in this cosy an private setting right in front of the beach. As always Senka is a an amazing host and a very kind and accommodating person. We will return again:)

Unfortunately, we didn't get to meet the host, but we did meet her parents, who were very nice. Matilda arranged for us to pick up our luggage directly from the port in Vrgada with a small tractor. Communication with her was perfect. The place is intended for people who seek peace. We were lucky to have wonderful neighbors, I would like to say hello to them, it was very nice with you. If you have the opportunity to take a paddleboard with you, don't hesitate, because right in front of the house there are tiny steps into the sea, where you can board and paddle wherever you like. Thank you very much for the beautiful attitude that made our vacation so great 🌸

Key handover by Luka's grandparents. The 2 are so warmly helpful. A missing coffee maker was added as soon as possible. The location is great for many activities and the center/harbor/restaurant are within walking distance. We will be back ...

Very spacious apparmtment, very well equiped and organised. One minute of walking is the nearest beach with caffe, Konzum and bakery. Perfect setting for a nice reset and vacation.

Gordan and his wife welcomed us warmly by offering us a cake and lemonade, they gave us all the useful information for our stay and advice on activities in the area. The accommodation perfectly matches the photos and is equipped with everything you need: from essentials, to sheets, pots and cutlery, etc. The area is very quiet, a short walk from the sea and the lake. I highly recommend it to those who want to spend a vacation in peace.

Nice apartment without opposite neighbors and clean. The rooms are large, beautiful bathroom. The private terrace, well shaded in the morning and at noon, allowed us to spend good times listening to the many birds. Well equipped except for a clothesline. Fortunately, we always have a clothesline in the car. Very nice small gravel beach less than 10 min walk. Well located to visit Zadar, Sibenik and the island of Vrgada with its golden sandy beach... Krésimir is very accommodating.

We’re happy to spend our vacation at this place. It was little bit far from the beach, but if u take car it’s 1 minute drive. The best thing on this place is communication with the host. He was very helpful and responsive whenever we needed. Definitely great place to stay.

We had a lovely time in Marko‘s studio! Everything was perfect and the location is unbeatable.

We had a super nice and quiet week here on the island. The apartment is in a great location and has everything you need. The beach is perfectly suited to long walks and beautiful sunsets. We also saw dolphins swimming by more often.

Alen and family hosted us and we would have loved to stay longer , beautiful beach to walk to and spa in room amazing to relax! So grateful for the kindness and care in welcoming us with drinks and cakes and helping us with our washing after our travels this is a gorgeous Airbnb , clean and beautifully comfortable to rest and recharge with all the beauty of Croatian landscape surrounding , we visited Krka national park which is close by enjoy !

Very nice apartment, clean and comfortable, and even more spacious than I had imagined according to the photos (especially the living room and terrace). Well located: close to the waterfront, with many convenience stores, bakeries and restaurants. Easy access on foot or by car. A little noisy some nights (a few motorcycles that pass by), but it doesn't last all night and that didn't stop us from sleeping well. Very friendly welcome from the owner, who is smiling and available.
