Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Općina Preko

The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and well equipped with a beautiful view from the large balcony. It is tucked in a quiet corner of the small island village, very private and charming. A divine swimming cove with sweeping views of the mountains is steps from the apartment. Deniza is a gracious and helpful host. We would love to visit again!

The place was really nice. There were 7 of us and the separate apartments always had your peace and quiet in the evening. The kitchens are super equipped and made cooking for 7 people very nice. Especially the Beach House is great for this. The pool was also always clean and has been a nice extra. :) The place is a 15-20 minute walk from the ferry, which made it easy for us to spend a day in Zadar. We always went shopping at TOMMYS, which is also 15 minutes away but there are also many other shopping opportunities closer. We would definitely recommend the place at Andrea's place! :)

Everything worked out great, check-in was great, our stay anyway! Right by the sea with a small garden and sun loungers! We couldn't have imagined it better - absolute recommendation!

Mirjana's place had everything you need for a longer stay. They were even so nice to take care of details like mosquito repellent diffusers. Mirjana and her husband were very nice, kind and easy to communicate. The place itself is charming, comfortable and clean. It has plenty of space to relax inside and outside. The place is in great localization, just short walk to beaches and great spots to swim. My family and I very much enjoyed staying in Mirjana's place :-)

This apartment is worth a clear recommendation. Great location, in a few meters you have reached the water. Quiet promenade path where only the locals or the holiday guests who live there actually go. This is because no car traffic is allowed on this stretch. You need an overlay for the stone floor, but there are also the hardcore vacationers who only lie on the floor with a towel. Foldable pads can be bought anywhere. The apartment has everything you need, the landlords are very nice. Air conditioning, washing machine, fridge-freezer, coffee machine works perfectly. Everything clean, beautiful terrace on the doorstep. Parking available. The nearest small supermarket is a bit of a walk. No baker nearby, but that doesn't matter because the bread there is not the roar anyway. At least for us. Whether fresh or the day after doesn't matter. In Germany, people are very spoiled with bread. The private fruit and vegetable sellers on the roadside are recommended. Super quality and still real taste. The landlords also have their own place, where we had dinner twice. Very tasty. We were still in the National Park Krka, definitely worth a visit. 11 km further is the town of Nin, very idyllic and also beautiful restaurants. Not as crowded as in Zadar itself. Zadar itself is beautiful for strolling and shopping. As a restaurant, we can also recommend Gospodarstvo Roca in Velim. I don't think that was our last vacation there.

Danijela’s place was perfect. Uglijan is a beautiful island,we especially liked swimming to the tiny island nearby. Ferry connections were easy and Zadar old town was beautiful 😍.Also only 1hr 30min ish by bus(from Zadar) to Plitvice Lakes. We would like to visit again,thankyou 😊

The house is in a beautiful location with a large terrace and with wonderful sea views. Just outside the gate there is an access to the sea, a small concrete platform overlooking crystal clear sea. The village of Savar has no shops or services, on the other hand it is in a wonderful natural setting, with a small church on the sea and a small promontory with pine forest. We spent 10 days of vacation with the family beautiful. Friendly and helpful host. Dugi Otok and a lovely island. Very well-stocked and functional kitchen. Large table on the terrace. Furniture that's a little dated but functional. Exceptional!

Apartment was fantastic; exactly what we were looking for. Close to Zadar, great outdoor area with grill, and most of all tranquil. It was also excellently equipped with everything one would need, including a lovely big fridge & freezer. We will be back!

Staying with Mirela met our family's over expectations and needs! Thank you very much Mirele for that. The kids felt like they were at their grandmother's vacation. It's a place we would definitely like to come back again. The sea is just in front of the house, a separate approach to the sea, great for a paddleboard. I consider the proximity of the ferry to be a great advantage for family with children. Great starting location for taking trips around the island. There is a farm in Brbinj where you can buy homemade eggs, goat cheese and olive oil at any time. You can buy groceries in Sali. The stay at Mirela's place exceeded our family's expectations and needs! For which we thank Mirela very much. The children felt like they were on vacation at grandma's. It is a place where we would definitely like to return. The sea is right in front of the house, separate access to the sea, great for paddle boarding. I consider the proximity of the ferry to be a great advantage for families with children. An excellent starting position for trips around the island.

Excellent host. Helpfully collected us from ferry port as limited buses on Sunday. Allowed us to check out late. Recommend very highly.

Really nice place at the front row to the sea. The apartment has nice furniture, three bedroomels with high quality beds, two full bathrooms and one additional toilet. The kitchen/living room area is very spacious and has a great sea view. The pool area is amazing. It is shared with other apartments, but there are just twp or three, so we only met a few people there. The best of all is the pool side bar area, where you an take drinks from the fridge or mae yourself a cocktail or just coffee, and simply mark it down and pay at the check-out. The personell were super nice and also made us breakfast in the morning (it is not included in price, you must order it). The only small downside is the cooling system in the apartment - it blows cold air from the floor upwards, so it is not very effective as the cool air always stays down low, so it was a bit warm at times. Maybe we didn't use it properly. We will definitely try to come back.

We were all really satisfied. Mate always came right away if we needed anything. Of course, there were small things, such as that our safe didn't work, but Mate fixed that immediately. Normally we would have had blinds in our room as well, but these were dismantled. However, this was understandable as an insect nest had formed before our arrival that damaged the blinds. But this is really high level complaining. Everything was perfect, and we enjoyed our vacation there to the fullest. The sea is also not far away, you could have a really good time there. If I were to go on vacation again in Croatia, I would vacation there again!✨ Thanks again to Marta and Mate!✨

Had an amazing time in Zadar at Jagoda's place. Quite location away from the crowd with easily accessible beach by walk. Jagoda is very friendly and kind host, helped us with all our questions, flexible on timings and offered us a nice bottle of Croatian wine and snacks.😊 We enjoyed our short stay and hope to be back again for a longer stay.😊

We had a great stay, everything was perfect!!! The welcome, the accommodation, the calm, the access... The terrace with the magnificent sea view is really great. There are plenty of walks to do at the foot of the accommodation. Zlata and Igor are really adorable , we had lots of great tips during our stay. Igor took his time to accompany us to the fish market, light the barbecue and cook together!! It's very rare to be welcomed with so much interest. Our son loved the turtle search in the garden!!! We will most certainly be back and recommend the accommodation without hesitation!!!!!

Beautiful, peaceful spot on Dugi Otok. We swam every morning and evening just steps from the apartment and went exploring the island every afternoon, we had the most relaxing week. The picture doesn't do the outside space on the veranda justice, plenty of space to lie and read a book, hang out washing, enjoy the view. Highly recommend this apartment.

Lovely stay. Villa Coralis offers everything you need for a wonderfull stay with friends. The pool was just great. Each room offers bath and shower. Flat screen was just huge and also a PlayStation was there. What else do you need 😎👌

Luka was super friendly & helpful. It was a warm welcome and he gave us a good introduction to the house and the surrounding area. The villa is well equipped, everything was clean. The huge garden with the pool was also ideal for a larger group. Only two of the three bedrooms are a little smaller than expected. Overall, we were very satisfied and would book the place again:)

Everything looked new. Excellent location with just a 10/15 minute walk into the old town. Just 2 minutes from the sea front. Small supermarket just 1 minute away, and a very large supermarket just 10 minutes. The accommodation was better than expected, and even had a hot tub that we were not expecting. I would recommend to anybody. Very spacious. Shaded outdoor patio, and heated pool.

we work super friendly and felt right at home. Karlo showed us around the house and was very helpful. The house itself is spacious and everything was clean. Nice beds and well enjoyed the pool. Really recommend!

We felt very comfortable with 5 people in the accommodation as described. Particularly noteworthy is the air conditioning, which allowed us to sleep at a pleasant temperature even on warm summer nights. In addition, the pool offers pleasant cooling. The property can be reached in a few minutes by car from the airport and there is a supermarket directly opposite. By car, it's about 15-20 minutes to Zadar.

Marija greeted us personally and showed us everything. When we arrived, everything we needed was there. She even took care of meals. 🥰 We felt right at home and enjoyed the stay very much!☺️ Due to the surrounding wall, we were able to let our dog run freely and even found a few turtles in the wonderful garden :) We have been working on the many possibilities in and around the house. We have designed the evenings as barbecue, pizza, whirlpool or game evenings. ✨ For further activities, a car is definitely useful, so that the numerous beaches, national parks, restaurants and shopping can be reached :) We had very nice and friendly contact with Marija, who helped us with any questions and we can highly recommend her house! ☺️ Thank you Marija🫶🏻
