Holiday rentals with beach access in Općina Ražanac

Unser Aufenthalt in Ljubač war wunderschön. Die Aussicht von unserem Balkon war traumhaft, besonders bei Sonnenuntergang. Das Ein- und Auschecken war einwandfrei und die Unterkunft bietet alles, was man benötigt. Sollte doch etwas fehlen, ist Marc sofort zur Stelle und kümmert sich darum. Die Wohnung haben wir in einem blitzsauberen Zustand vorgefunden und der Außenpool und der Garten haben das kleine Paradies perfekt gemacht. Marc ist ein sehr herzlicher Gastgeber, der immer erreichbar ist und super Tipps für Ausflüge oder Restaurants parat hat. Die Abende, die wir gemeinsam mit ihm und anderen Gästen des Hauses in seinem eigenen kleinen Restaurant verbracht haben, waren weitere Highlights unseres Urlaubs. Marc war für uns in der Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes eher ein Freund als einfach nur ein Gastgeber. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen! Vielen Dank für alles Marc 😊

Direkter und seitlicher Meerblick mit Landschaftpanorama, super saubere Wohnung, gute Ausstattung, sehr gute Klimaanlage, moderne Fensterläden die richtig abdunkeln, praktische Außendusche, stabiles Internet. Unser Kind hat sich über die Katzen, den Hund und die 3 Schaukeln (anstatt des nicht mehr vorhandenen Trampolins) im Garten gefreut. Die Gastgeberin ist super freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Schöner, kinderfreundlicher, sehr flach abfallender Sandstrand mit gratis Sonnenschirmen in 5min Laufnähe. 2 schöne Restaurants mit Spielplätzen am Meer. 20min bis zur schönen Altstadt von Nin. Wir hatten eine herrliche Zeit.

Wir haben uns direkt wohl und aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und fragen immer wieder ob alles okey ist und ob man etwas benötigt. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Aussicht auf das Meer toppt natürlich alles und ist am Morgen und Abend wunderschön zu sehen. Hätte die Unterkunft noch einen Pool wäre wirklich alles perfekt. Das Meer ist sehr nah aber oft das Wasser ist oft nicht sehr klar oder bisschen dreckig. Aber sonst ist es wundervoll.

Nous avons loué ce logement pour une nuit. Malheureusement , la chambre n’étais plus disponible. L’hôte nous a proposé si cela nous convenait de loger dans leur maison dans leur chambre. On avait la possibilité d’annuler la réservation. Pour une nuit, cela nous allait très bien. Maison magnifique. Face à la mer et les falaises. Un jardin magnifique avec des figues, tomates, citron , etc ! Nous avons été accueilli avec un sirop bien frais ainsi que de la pastèque fraîchement coupée et des figues du jardin. Un très bon accueil chaleureux de la part de cette famille. Ils ont tout fait pour qu’on soit le mieux possible malgrès l’annulation de la chambre. Nous avons dormi dans leur chambre. Le lit est confortable. Il faisait chaud , mais dans la location initiale prévue il y a une climatisation. Merci pour votre accueil !

Gordana war eine liebevolle und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Die Lage der Wohnung ist unschlagbar. Direkt vor der Tür kann man super baden und schnorcheln. Im Ort gibt es alles, was man braucht (Bäcker, Konsum, Restaurants, Apotheke, Eisdiele, …). Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen! Danke für alles

Tolle Unterkunft! Die Unterkunft war super sauber und sehr gepflegt – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Leider liegt sie etwas weit entfernt von der nächsten Stadt. Ansonsten aber wirklich perfekt – absolut empfehlenswert!

Lovely place and lovely host! Marina and Stipe are so wonderful, really friendly and helpful. Apartment was spotless, modern and well equipped. Bed was super comfortable. Had a really great time, thank you Marina and Stipe for your kindness and hospitality. All the best to your lovely family!

If you are vacationing with small kids look no further, this is your place. We were staying here with our little ones ages 1, 3 and 5 and it was perfect for us. The house is right by the beach and there is a nice view of the sea from the terrace. The beach is super safe, water is clean, shallow and warm (even in June).

We had a wonderful stay at Ana's house and hope to come back soon! Amazing views from the terrace, good internet connection, two bathrooms which is a comfortable extra, and a well-equipped kitchen. Ana and her parents are lovely hosts, they went above and beyond. Highly recommended!

Ich war mit meinen Kindern und Mann bei Damir zuhause. Es war sehr angenehm und sehr schön. Die Kinder hatten sehr viel Spass im Pool und auch am Strand. Damir ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Da wir spät angekommen sind, hat er uns abgeholt am Supermarkt und zu sich nachhause geführt. Die Mama hat uns am nächsten Tag frische Crêpes vorbei gebracht und als sie gegrillt haben hat er für uns extra frischen Fisch gegrillt. Eine sehr herzliche Familie und ein sehr schönes Haus. Danke Damir für die schöne Zeit ☺️!

Wir sind 2 h früher eingetroffen als geplant aber wir konnten Andrej eine Stunde vor Ankunft informieren und durften dann schon früher einchecken. Das Haus war sauber und etwas zu essen und trinken war schon für uns im Kühlschrank. Ein Angestellter von Andrej hat uns alles erklärt und kam auch jeden Morgen in der Früh als noch alle geschlafen haben um den Pool sauber zu machen. Im Haus kann man die Spülmaschine benutzen und auch die Waschmaschine, tabs und Spülmittel ist schon da gewesen. Außen schaltet sich die Beleuchtung automatisch am Abend an und lässt sich leider nicht manuell ausschalten was an machen Zimmern von draußen dann rein scheint. In der Nähe gibt es gleich ein Supermarkt und ein Bäcker, die jeden Tag auf haben. Nach Pag sind es ca 30 min, dort ist auch die nächste Tankstelle und größere Supermärkte. Zum Meer sind es von der Wohnung nur 5 min zu Fuß und man kann auch ohne badeschuhe direkt ins Wasser gehen. Alles in allem kann man hier super urlaub machen. Gerne wieder!

Prostorný obývací pokoj. Útulné ložnice, spousta úložného prostoru. Příjemná terasa na večerní posezení. Druhý malý balkón my používali na sušení prádla. Myšleno i na detaily, raid do zásuvky, sušák na prádlo, pračka, mýdlo, ručníky, olej mouka, sůl, ... Umístění přímo u moře, hezký slez do vody na plavání. Pláž hned vedle. Na začátku června velice poklidná příjemná obec. Milá paní domácí. Pobyt se třemi dětmi jsme si užili. S dvouletým trochu problém, že chyběla branka ze zahrádky a utíkal na cestu a rád vybíral popel ze stylových kachlových kamen, ale prostředí vevnitř i venku více než příjemné to všechno vynahradilo. Všichni jsme se rychle cítili jako doma. Odjíždíme s pocitem, že se ještě někdy musíme vrátit. Děkujeme

We really enjoyed our holidays in this house. The house was spotless clean. There was everything that we needed in the house. The beds are very comfortable. The host was very helpful and answered all our questions. Nobody disturbed us during our stay, the whole house was at our disposal.

Très bon logement , tout neuf et bien entretenu Par contre l’arrivée était clairement autonome contrairement à ce qui était précisé sur l’annonce et la wifi était très faible voire inexistante Ce sont les seuls bémols de mon points de vue Je recommande vivement

We had a fantastic stay. the house is lovely, and was really clean, bed were very comfy. The trampoline was a plus for our kids (3&5yo). there is aircon in the main bedroom and also in the main open plan area. They let us check in a bit earlier which was lovely. They also had all the stuff you need for cooking like salt, oil, etc. and host left out some treats and fresh vegs from their garden. There is a beach 5min walk, and also a bar and a restaurant with nice food. Supermarket is about 15min walk, or 2 min drive, we went at the end of July so had to drive, otherwise heat was a bit much. Also very short drive there are other restaurants and shops. It's a perfect place if you have a car and want to drive around and explore and come back to a lovely place. Thank you for having us

The place was nice, with everything we needed. The bed was good, a nice shower and nice to have an airco! The kitchen had everything we needed. On top of that all was the garden super! Specious, quit en has a nice bbq place! Loved it en most definately would come back!

My family stayed here for four weeks. Mirjana's house was perfect for a long stay because the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. You may find more supplies than you expect. Since we are Asian, making Western dishes isn't always easy, but the kitchen tools made it much easier. The place itself was clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was smooth, and her sister, who lives on the floor right below, was always ready to help. The house is near Borik Beach, which is great fun for kids. We'd love to come back here someday. Thank you 😊

Un appartement en tout points Conforme à ce que l'annonce stipule, très propre très pratique avec une terrasse agréable, et des prestations nickel. La mer est à 3 minutes, la plage a 5, le petit café qui la domine est absolument parfait. Après il faut être conscient que l'appartement est un poil excentré de la vieille ville, et pour vous y rendre il faudra compter au moins 1 demi-heure à pied, à moins de prendre les boatmen qui fonctionnent depuis le 14e siècle de 7 à 23h. C'est d'ailleurs le tres sympathique propriétaire qui nous a donné le tuyau!

Sehr schönes, modernes Apartment. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Es ist alles vorhanden und es fehlt an nichts. Tolle Lage, mit direktem Zugang zum Meer. Das Apartment liegt in einer Apartment Anlage. Wir hatten Glück und waren die meiste Zeit alleine in der Bucht. Vielleicht hatten wir nur Pech, doch oberhalb der Bucht verläuft eine Straße auf der während unseres Aufenthalts tagsüber sehr viele Motorrad Fahrer unterwegs waren. Abends und in den frühen Morgen Stunden war es sehr ruhig. Wir haben die Zeit bei Christian sehr genossen.

Highly recommend! Friendly, competent host. Great location - close to a beach, bakery, bus stop. Two markets within walkable distance. Terrific balcony, spectacular view of channel and sunset.

Cornelis's apartment was so lovely! Very clean and comfortable. Perfect location as restaurants nearby and a short taxi ride from Zadar. Cornelis and Dina were great hosts and gave us lots of recommendations. I would definitely go back here!

Apartmán a venkovní prostor je útulně a dokonale vybaven, je perfektně čistý a cítili jsme se v něm skvěle. Zrinka je velmi pozorná a citlivá hostitelka. Byli jsme absolutně spokojeni! Děkujeme za krásnou dovolenou!
