Me, my wife and 2 kids had a wonderful stay at Marija's place! From the moment we arrived, she and her husband was incredibly welcoming, kind, and friendly, which made us feel right at home. The house was cozy, comfortable, and everything we needed for a relaxing stay was provided. Their kindness and warm hospitality truly made the experience special. I would definitely recommend staying here and would love to return in the future!

Fantastic place with lovely sea views, garden and great opportunities for swimming and sunbathing. Quiet and peaceful, with a very pleasant host who did everything to make the stay perfect. The kids loved it. Great beds and fab air conditioning . We hired a car to make food shopping and visiting Dubrovnik and Cavtat easy peasy!

A perfect escape from the crowns of Dubrovnik, while still close to everything by car. I would definitely recommend staying here. We had an amazing time and Andrijana was an amazing host! The place is spacious, clean, has an amazing view and it is very taken care off. You see that a lot of love has been added to the details. Especially nice was the terrace outside for breakfast and the hot tube in the evening!

Ivo was great host and we really enjoyed in house which was perfect for our business trip to Dubrovnik. We will come back again for sure. Thank you Ivo again.

An Unforgettable Stay with Exceptional Hospitality! We enjoyed staying at this incredible Airbnb, and I can't say enough good things about this experience! The host went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The house is absolutely stunning — everything is clean and brand new. Beautifully designed, spacious, and inviting, making it the perfect place to relax. The sea view is amazing and the location is ideal — 10 min walk to the beach or the bakery; really close to a big supermarket and just 10-15 min drive from Dubrovnik. The house has every appliance you could possibly need — AC in every room, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, mixer, washing machine, air dryer, and even a steamer for your clothes. One of the highlights was the jacuzzi, which was just wonderful! Great patio — perfect to spend evenings outside together. I cannot say enough how lucky we were to stay at House Aqua! Thanks to the host for making our stay so special!

We were a group of 9 adults, so 4 couples had privacy of own bedrooms with own bathrooms. From each bedroom there is a door to the terrace or balcony with good shutters to keep the light out and let the air in. The top floor is spacious and light with a fantastic view, own refrigerator and bathroom with tub. Middle floor two bedrooms with own bathrooms and bottom floor bedroom, bathroom with washing machine, living room with big dining table and doors to the terrace with a table for 8, but worked for 9. The small kitchen has everything you need, and fits max 2people/time. The area is great, nice restaurants close by, outdoor gym on the way to the beach, we took the Vivado boats from Srebreno harbor (Mlini as close by) to Dubrovnik (30min, 10€) and Cavtat (20min), where also nice restaurants . Our favorite Ludo More. Uber works ok, you need to chose a good pick-up place. Irenas Uber-connection Dominik and his friend were nice and brought us to and from the airport. So, I recommend!

My family of 6 had a wonderful, relaxing holiday at this beautiful villa set in such a peaceful setting. We used Uber to get around and never had to wait more than 15 minutes. 15 mins to Dubrovnik and in the other direction beautiful Cavtat. Beaches at Mlini and Sbreno beautiful with bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend to friends

We had a lovely week in Mlini and with Irena’s brilliant recommendations we spent memorable days exploring Dubrovnik and visiting gorgeous restaurants with wonderful views. It was a short walk to the beach club or a quieter rocky beach with pristine waters for swimming and snorkelling. Excellent location.

We had a great 7 night holiday here. The villa was perfect for us, 3 large bedrooms all with on suite. Lovely spacious kitchen and living space. Same for the outside space. Toni and Emma were great hosts, there when you need them. Mlini is a fantastic base for a relaxing holiday. We were 30m to the small supermarket and about 200m to the sea and some great restaurants La Noma was our favourite. Cavtat worth a visit, even more great food! Dubrovnik €15 taxi ride, what a fantastic Old town. We loved Croatia, a stunning coast line and great holiday destination.

We are 7 friends from Ireland celebrating our 40th birthdays, and we stayed at the villa for 4 nights.The villa itself is stunning, spacious, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything. The location is ideal, only a 15-minute taxi ride to both the airport and Dubrovnik Old Town. Local highlights: * Restaurant Forno: best steak. * Va di breno: Sun bed rental & lunch * Pizza one: Great for take our or sit in pizza * Shopping Centre: A 10-minute walk away * One of the standout experiences of the trip was a full-day private boat hire arranged through our host. Our skipper, Bruno, took us on a fantastic route, including a stop at a beautiful restaurant for lunch. * We also dined at the Panorama Restaurant above Dubrovnik Old Town, followed by a scenic cable car ride down into the city. * We spent a few relaxed hours in Cavtat before heading to the airport. Luggage storage and plenty of lovely spots for a final lunch by the sea. An incredible trip from start to finish

Tanja ja Cedo ovat loistavia majoittajia; jo ennen matkaamme saimme selkeät ohjeet saapumisemme sujuvoittamiseksi. Parasta oli kuitenkin parin sydämellinen suhtautuminen vieraisiin ja auttaminen muun muassa kauppareissumme osalta. Talo on aivan niin ihana kuin mitä kuvauksessa kerrotaan. Talolla on hieno historia ja se huokuu jo heti sisään astuessa. Saimme myös nauttia mahtavista maisemista useammalla terassilla. Uima-allas oli iso meidän perheen tarpeisiin ja siellä viihdyimmekin kevään viileästä vesilämpötilasta huolimatta. Tanja ja Cedo ovat myös ravintoloitsijoita, jotka tekivät illallisesta ikimuistoisen mm. aidon artesaanipitsan ja loistavien tarinoiden muodossa. Tyttäremme ei olisi halunut lähteä pois, mutta lupasimme, että palaamme tänne vielä joskus uudelleen...

Maxim’s place was absolutely perfect for our stay. We were 6 ladies so all had own bedroom and bathroom. Living area, patio and pool area were all perfect for our group too. Location is fantastic, beautiful surroundings and short walk to pretty shingle beaches and some wonderful restaurants. Quiet, peaceful location. Natalia and Maxim were responsive, helpful and informative. Also allowed us late check out due to late flight as villa was free for couple days after we left. They also got some shopping in for us on arrival as we didn’t arrive until late eve, and arranged airport transfers. Wonderful stay thank you!

Et flott sted som har alt man trenger for en fin ferie. Barna elsket bassenget, og det er kort vei til både stranden og gode restauranter. Verten svarte alltid raskt og var både hyggelig og behjelpelig. 🙂

Nikola was a very serious but nice host. He told us everything we needed to know about the Villa and the best places to visit in Dubrovnik. He said we could contact him about anything, even if it wasn’t about the airbnb. He wanted to make sure we were having a good time. Thank you Nikola.

Zeljana’s place was amazing! The pool was great, everything is finished to a high standard and it’s close to airport and the beach. She was a fantastic, responsive and helpful host! 😊 One point to note for those with children/ elderly relatives is that there is a main road outside which can be loud and a little difficult to cross. However, with that said I would fully recommend and would definitely come back in future.

Var helt fantastisk og enda bedre og finere enn på bildene. Miro var veldig service innstilt. Utrolig frodig og koselig med masse blomster og busker rundt huset . Anbefaler virkelig denne perlen av et hus til andre 😊

This property & the host far exceeded our expectations. It was actually better than in the photos. We had prompt communication from Saron whenever we had any queries. We were very helpfully guided by Mario to a meeting place near the villa from our arrival at the airport. He then carried our cases right to the property. Told us about the fab bakery which was on the top road. We were allowed to check in slightly earlier, then Mario drove us to the supermarket to pick up provisions. Above and beyond welcome and absolutely blown away with the location of the villa. We only wished we had remembered to pack our binoculars as the view was stunning. Great bars, great restaurants, boat trips & weather. We will be back! Thank you x

Our visit was a group of 7 girls celebrating having been friends for a considerable amount of years ! We had a brilliant time at Antonija’s villa . The villa was very spacious and well laid out . Plenty of room at the table to eat inside or out . Bathrooms modern and kitchen very well equipped . We just loved the villa - almost the same as our trips to Dubrovnik & Cavtat- amazing holiday , thank you Antonija !

A sincere review on our behalf with no exaggeration about this house, the host and the surrounding. Our stay in Ado's house was amazing. It's a beautiful and luxurious house and looks as amazing in real life as in the pictures. From my experience with other houses with this quality, is that they are much more expensive or when you arrive, it's much smaller or looks different then in the pictures. Everything looked brand new and we had everything we needed. From airco, to luxurious lighted stairways, inbuilt closets, to a private parking spot and even vegetarian croissant and drinks in the refrigerator (Kindly provided by Ado). You also have a beautiful view from the balcony. There is also a box with HD TV with movies, series etc in the living room. I am a germ freak, so i always check the corners, under the bed, looking for stains and hidden places to find something dirty. Conclusion: the house was very clean. I couldn't find anything and that's something to say for! The surrounding was perfect. It's 12 min drive away from Dubrovnik. Therefore you avoid the crowdedness, but close enough to drive to Dubrovnik or take a Uber or the bus. The location is next to Lidl and restaurants which is perfect and the neighborhood looks safe and new. Quite a different neighborhood then in some back alley in Zagreb where houses are painted with graffiti. Now the most important part of our review! The host is amazing. He saved our trip. We first stayed in Zagreb, then 5 days in Zadar and then 5 days in Ado's house next to Dubrovnik. We had planned everything perfect, except our trip to Dubrovnik. Ado received us in person and gave us a tour in the house. The first host who took his shoes out BEFORE entering the house! For a germ freak very important ^^. He provided us with drinks, coffee, snacks etc. He gave us tourist books, flyers about Dubrovnik which contained everything we needed! Where to eat, what to do, different routes to check Dubrovnik and sightseeing. We used a book with different routes to check Dubrovnik from A to Z! Further, he provides you with info where you can eat locally and cheap, where to park etc, which buses to take, how Uber works etc. He even called personally the bus stations to check everything for us during our trip. He apps/sms's you regurley to check if you need help and if everything is fine. He brought us a nice sweet gift of baklava midway our vacation. Trough his hospitality we could make the most of our trip. Planning next year again to Dubrovnik and of Course we will plan to stay in this house again.

This is a great comfortable villa between Mlini and Srebreno which are both lovely little resorts with enoughl bars restaurants and shops including a large supermarket You can walk to both in 5 mins Fantastic restaurants 5 mins walk away Villa is well equipped and comfortable and clean We all loved it Family of 5 with plenty room a nice little pool and many tables and seating areas. Plus your own turtles.

Wonderful stay at a truly stunning villa! Immaculately put together with everything you could think of catered for. Spacious and beautifully decorated. The outdoor pool was superb, the kids (and adults) loved the foosball and ping pong, lovely big TV to unwind in front of after a busy day exploring. Bedrooms were lovely with balcony’s and en suite shower rooms. All kitchen appliances supplied, bonus having a washer/dryer to clear some washing before departure. Little supermarket 2 min walk up the road plus Lidl a short Uber away. Lovely quiet area with friendly locals - it’s a little remote from Dubrovnik which is why I’ve slightly marked the location down, but close to Srebreno/Mlini which has a wonderful beach/bay and some abandoned hotels which interested me at least! Stunning scenery - magical view of the mountains/Bosnia border every morning. Honestly couldn’t fault the Villa Invigo and would 100% recommend to anyone!
