We had a truly wonderful stay in this beautifully restored stable with its own charming patio. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, very well equipped, and situated in a peaceful setting on a stunning estate. It’s ideally located — close to the sea (Trani) and the remarkable Castel del Monte — yet tucked away in a quiet, non-touristy region, perfect for those seeking rest and natural beauty. Our hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready with suggestions, and their adorable dogs added an extra touch of warmth to the experience. The local olive oil, produced right on the property, is simply excellent — a real treat. There are also some great restaurants in the nearby area, offering delicious local cuisine. Whether you're exploring the nearby sights or just relaxing on the patio, this place offers a perfect balance of comfort, authenticity, and tranquility. Highly recommended — we would love to return!

I had booked this house with a group of 7 people in order to visit family in a nearby village. With 7 people, we wanted something with at least 2 bathrooms and enough space to not be on top of each other. In addition, I always look for a place we can 'gather' after a long day and relax, the roof deck of this place is absolutely beautiful and thew views are stunning. The pictures 100% represent what the property is. Clean, updated/modern with just about every amenity you would need. Irsina is a quiet town, it seems many Americans and other nationalities are buying properties within the old village and fixing them up. At night, there are a few restaurants walking distance right outside the ancient town 'doors'. We did not eat in them as we spent most days and meals with cousins nearby. Our host, Christa, communicated with us in advance in order to coordinate our arrival time. One tip is to NOT follow your GPS to the exact address and meet at the Cathedral

Spectacular views from this Airbnb, especially at night on the balcony. I really enjoyed my stay at Pierfeancesco / Antonello’s place. The kitchen was very useful because a lot of the restaurants were all booked during the weekend I visited Castelmezzano. Parking was challenging. But Pierfeancesco provided detailed instructions and a video. There are a lot of steps to climb in Castelmezzano to get to this Airbnb, so I recommend you find the place first and then bring your heavy luggage on a 2nd trip. Otherwise, I had a wonderful experience staying at Pierfeancesco / Antonello’s Airbnb. I definitely strongly recommend.

This Airbnb is a DREAM. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Iris and Milena will welcome you like family — so even if it’s your first time in Italy, you’ll feel safe and at home the entire trip! They offer a complimentary shuttle to and from the property if you arrange, which is SO rare in Matera, where parking can be a challenge. It’s the most premium Airbnb experience I’ve had in Italy. 🇮🇹 The views in the place: Absolutely STUNNING. Every room opens onto a picture-perfect backdrop. The home has two bathrooms, air conditioning, & every hotel-level amenity you could want, you can really tell the hosts have hospitality experience. 🌅😍🏩🏨 My best friend and I are content creators & truly couldn’t believe how photogenic the entire place is. Great location, beautiful view from front shared terrace (perfect for breakfast). Lovely breakfast provided, with pastries and bread. Bar just across the path, with great views.

The view from the terrace to the church of Irsina is breathtaking. The apartment is huge and we found it wonderful; we felt very comfortable. Irsina is very well located for excursions to Matera, Castel del Monte, Altamura, etc. Domenico responds immediately to questions and his extensive tips are worth gold. We will be back!
