Sehr schönes Appartement mitten in Istrien! Ideal, um in kurzer Zeit Rovinj, Pula oder Opatija zu erreichen. Wunderschöne ruhige Lage, perfekt ausgestattet. Emanuela und ihre Familie haben uns herzlich aufgenommen und uns sogar ihren Weinkeller gezeigt - samt Verkostung. Liebevoll restauriertes Steinhaus mit gepflegtem Garten und Parkplatz direkt beim Haus. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Lovely house/bungalow surrounded by the palm trees and beautiful garden. Green and peacefull hidden gem even if it is situated between the beach and the main street (which was very convinient to go to the supermarket and restaurants). Interior of the house was very cosy and charming. We enjoyed the paintings on the wall and sculptures which all were made by Vesna! Bathrooms and bedrooms were roomy and confy. Overall we all loved our stay very much. Vesna was warm-hearted and lovely person. Thank you so much!

Unser Aufenthalt war super schön! Meine Kinder, meine Frau und Großeltern waren zu Besuch und haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Sehr angenehm das wir so unseren Urlaub starten und genießen konnten. Wir wurden direkt sehr herzlich empfangen und in die Unterkunft eingewiesen. Der Urlaub bei Maja ist sehr empfehlenswert! Die Ausstattung ist top und sehr zufriedenstellend! Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub! Wir bedanken uns sehr dafür !

Gordana is a very kind and helpful host, available for all kind of requests and questions. The place itself is very tidy and true to the pictures close to the sea and city center.

We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! Tatjana e Rene sono stati degli host eccezionali! Hanno accolto me e i miei amici in modo socievole, disponibile e molto amichevole. Rene era molto ben organizzato, tra tutti i servizi, i numeri necessari e la libertà che ci ha dato, ci siamo sentiti accolti e rispettati! È stata una vacanza davvero piacevole e speriamo di poter tornare in futuro!

Ailemle birlikte güzel bir hafta geçirdik. Ev güzel dekore edilmişti ve olanakları güzeldi. Havuz çocuklarla keyifli vakit geçirmemizi sağladı. Mangalin olmasi büyük bir avantajdi. Ev mahremiyet doluydu. Sakin, keyifli vakitler geçirdik. Ev sahibi cana yakin nazik biriydi. Herkese tavsiye ediyoruz. Pişman olunmayacak konum ve imkanlara sahip güzel bir ev !

Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Die Wohnung ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Im Whirlpool und auf der Terrasse lässt sich perfekt entspannen.

Appartamento meraviglioso, arredato con gusto e che ha il suo punto forte nello splendido terrazzo con vista eccezionale. Molto comodo l'accesso diretto dal garage, sia per scaricare e caricare i bagagli, sia per evitare di bagnarsi in caso di pioggia (come è successo a noi); il posto auto esterno è di misure adeguate per qualsiasi auto. In cucina avremmo apprezzato qualche spezia/condimento, magari in monoporzioni, per ovviare alle problematiche igieniche; sarebbe stato utile anche un rotolo di carta da cucina. Nel complesso, comunque, il soggiorno è stato molto soddisfacente e il panorama eccezionale faceva dimenticare tutti le piccolissime mancanze.

Alles war super schön und sauber, die Gastgeberin war sehr bemüht. Es war auch überhaupt kein Problem als wir früher auschecken mussten, da unsere Kinder krank wurden. Ganz im Gegenteil, die Gastgeberin war sehr bemüht alles problemlos abzuwickeln und brachte uns sehr viel Verständnis entgegen- sehr zu empfehlen ! Danke

Wir haben uns in Nikas Apartment rundum wohlgefühlt. Sie war jederzeit schnell über den Chat erreichbar und hatte viele hilfreiche Tipps zur Umgebung parat. Das Apartment ist zwar kompakt, bietet aber dank der durchdachten Aufteilung und Ausstattung (Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Öl/Salz etc.) alles, was man braucht. Besonders positiv aufgefallen ist uns die Sauberkeit und die liebevolle Vorbereitung – zur Begrüßung standen sogar kleine Snacks und frisches Obst bereit. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage oberhalb von Opatija bringt viel Ruhe mit sich und sogar einen Teilblick aufs Meer. Wir hatten den Auf- und Abstieg aber etwas unterschätzt – wir mussten manchmal zwei Mal überlegen, ob wir den Weg bei knapp 30 Grad zu Fuß antreten. Da sich aber die deutlich schöneren Strände in der Region um Opatija befinden und man dafür auf ein Auto angewiesen ist, war das für uns kein besonderer Nachteil. Alles in Allem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, vielen Dank Nika und Tomo!

Неймовірне перебування в Медвеї, Хорватія! 🏡🌞 Ми були в захваті від цього будинку – він ідеально підійшов для нашого відпочинку. Дуже великий, просторий та надзвичайно чистий! Будинок має два поверхи: на першому – затишна вітальня та повністю обладнана кухня, де є все для зручного приготування їжі. На другому – комфортні спальні. Окреме задоволення – простора тераса, де ми щодня снідали та проводили вечори. Дуже спокійне й мальовниче місце, ідеальне для відпочинку. І що дуже приємно – навіть для нашого собаки було все необхідне! Безпечне подвір’я, миски, місце для відпочинку – він теж чудово провів час. Хочеться також подякувати власниці – надзвичайно привітна, уважна й доброзичлива. Завжди була на зв’язку, допомагала з усіма питаннями і зробила все, щоб ми почувалися як удома. Щиро рекомендуємо це місце відпочинку!

Wir waren 8 Muttis, mit 4 Kindern da. Wir haben alle sehr das Pool und die Aussicht genossen. Es ist optimal, wenn man nicht jeden Tag zum Strand gehen möchte und einfach Privatsphäre genieße möchte. Das Haus war sauber und mit gute Ausstattung . Pro Mama + Kind gab es eigenes Zimmer mit Bad, so dass jeder die Möglichkeit hatte sich zurückzuziehen. In der Umgebung wird man überhaupt nicht gestört. Wir waren die einzigen, die etwas lauter waren 😅 Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen, ohne Auto kann es nicht funktionieren. In Ičići gibt's es nicht viel zu besuchen, allerdings sobald man links oder rechts fährt entdeckt man andere Städte. Diese sind gut zu erreichen! Die Kommunikation war einwandfrei! Valerij hat uns begrüßt und uns kurz angewiesen. Bei paar Fragen hatten wir innerhalb Minuten eine Rückmeldung erhalten. Das Appartement hat uns wirklich gefallen und wir waren froh, dass es alles so reibungslos lief ☺️ wir sind erholt und happy! Hvala!

Odlično. Lokacija, bivanje, blizina plaze, super apartma, odličen bazen in zunanjost. Prijetna atmosfera, zasebnost, vse na dosegu roke. Prijetni gostitelji, odzivni, vedno na voljo.

Maja is a lovely host, very warm and welcoming! I arrived by bus from Zagreb and she picked me up from the bus stop in Brseč. The village Brseč is very lovely. The studio is cute and feels a bit like a cave, but a very clean and well equipped cave :) I have cooked my own meals and it's great that in Brseč there is also a little supermarket. The view from the terrace is indeed spectacular and it's so nice to spend time there, hearing and seeing the birds, looking at the insects and all the different plants, the beautiful skies and off course the forever blue Adriatic Sea. I look forward to staying here again!

Franko and his wife were cordial and gracious hôtes. Their house is in a beautiful and peaceful setting, 10mn up a winding road from Koper. Although walking to and from town would be challenging, parking is abundant and inexpensive in Koper, and Franko's house is a great base for exploring the area's attractions. We would be delighted to stay there again.

Tolle Wohnung, von der aus man schnell überall hinkommt. Perfekt gelegen, man hat seine Ruhe und alles, was man braucht, um sich wie zuhause fühlen zu können. Wir wurden sehr nett begrüßt und kommen sicher wieder.

Sara ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Sie kommuniziert sofort und ist meist im Haus und für alles da was benötigt werden könnte. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und liegt genial in einer ruhigen Gegend. Der Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer ist wunderschön. 5 min zu Fuß zum Badestrand, 5 min zum Einkaufzentrum. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Gaby und Florian

Le plus de ce studio : l'emplacement !!!! proche de tout, supermarché, boulangerie, petit marché, plage...avec un accès avec escaliers. Terrasse très agréable, même si un peu bruyante.

Davorka est extrêmement sympathique et très avenante. Disponible au besoin. nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. L'appartement est grand et disposait des services attendus. Je le recommande.

Es war alles wie Beschrieben und man hatte einen wunderbaren Aussicht auf das Meer. Ksenija war immer erreichbar wenn etwas war und sehr freundlich.

We had an amazing time in Irenas Happy beach Apartmen! Such a cozy place and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need! The view is stunning and it’s soooo quiet. We just relaxed and in enjoyed the silence. The sea is amazing and the spot directly in front of the house is also awesome for snorkelling! We found all sorts of fish, crabs, starfish, shrimps! In a 10-15 min walk alongside coats you can reach two beach bars, really cozy. In Rijeka you can shop everything. And in addition to all that, Irena is such a welcoming, friendly host! We really enjoyed our stay, thank you Irena!

Lovely place- easy walk to many things but off the beaten path. Beautiful apartment!
