Our cabin sits on a bluff about 60-80 feet above the White River with a beautiful view from back deck! This deck is literally on the edge of the bluff! 180 degree view of river and beautiful pasture across river from cabin. Our cabin is one of three that sit fairly secluded on land with private road. We own the middle cabin & 6.6 acres around and across gravel road from it. Signage alerts public they are trespassing. Very quiet.

This cabin was exactly what our family needed! It was secluded, but close enough to town for an evening out. We spent a day kayaking on the Buffalo River, fished in town, and spent a lot of time just hanging out! We even had a spontaneous karaoke night around the fire pit (with toasted marshmallows, of course)! It was an absolutely lovely place

Words can’t describe how great this place really was. Me and 3 of my high school friends of 47 years go on a yearly trip somewhere for just a peaceful and relaxing time and this place checked all the things off of our list of what we wanted. Very private and quiet. Plus it sits right on Sylamore Creek which we loved. The house was great also. Very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed it so much that we all agreed that we will return next year if available. Brad is a great host. Very responsive to any questions we had. I would 1000% recommend this little piece of paradise.

The Mudita Spa was everything we hoped for and more. It was the most exquisite setting of any vacation home we've stayed in. She truly has a gem. When you first step in you notice how Immaculately clean it is. Then it's visually appealing with classy, luxury decor. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. Since I'm a coffee-holic my favorite kitchen item was the coffee bean grinder with complimentary beans! Bring bug spray, because you'll want to stay on one of the 3 back decks over looking the running creek/waterfalls. I couldn't get enough of its relaxing sound. There is SO much to say about this awesome place, I'm sure I'll forget something. This is a place where lasting memories are made. The float spa was a unique experience. The sauna was a welcoming warmth on a cool rainy day. The outdoor Hot Tub overlooking the creek felt so good. The Mudita Spa experience is worth the price. It's definitely worth the splurge.

The views were absolutely beautiful. kevin and Rikki were both extremely kind and always responsive. I have zero complants on the house or the views! I think the price was a bit steep for 2 nights. Great people who own it and gorgeous views! We loved the man cave my teenager enjoyed shooting pool. The hot tub was a major plus. We loved the home! This was also my first air b&b experience.
