Very close to Timrå ice rink, indoor bandy and soccer hall, cross-country skiing, and Timrå's new swimming hall. The accommodation is right next to beautiful Indalsälven. The apartment is part of our garage, but with its own entrance with kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor and upstairs with bed and sofa etc. Beautiful outdoor environment with seating area and views of the river. By car to Sundsvall it takes about 20 minutes.

Welcome, here you have an inexpensive accommodation with its own entrance, bathroom with shower and smaller kitchen/kitchenette with everything you need to cook simple meals. Airfryer, microwave, hot plate, toaster, kettle, etc. There is a bus stop about 100 meters from the property. These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 minutes to Sundsvall city center and stops outside Mitt University on the way. Loft with ocean view

Relax in this unique, oceanfront and quiet accommodation. You will live in a private loft with a large balcony with fantastic sea views. The beach is 200 meters away and the rock pools are about 500 meters away. Private toilet is available in the accommodation. However, there is no shower, but if necessary, you can rinse off in the sauna house. It is also possible to rent a sauna, 2 paddleboards and an extra bedroom with bunk beds on the lower floor.
