Mulberry Cabin is conveniently located halfway between Charleston and the capital city of Columbia in Rowesville, SC. Please note the cabin is located in a small town, not in the country. Rowesville is 11 minutes from the beautiful Edisto Memorial Gardens in Orangeburg. Orangeburg has many restaurants, Wal-Mart, and a Starbucks near I-26. Columbia is about an hour away. Charleston is about 75 minutes away. Enjoy a break from Wi-Fi as you watch a DVD and relax in a 130 year old rustic cabin.

We are 12 min. from downtown Sumter and 20 min from Shaw AFB. Local points of interest are Swan Lake Iris Gardens and Poinsett State Park. It is only 2 hours to Myrtle Beach and Charleston, SC & 3 hrs to the mtns. While it is conveniently located, this cottage offers a quiet place to put your feet up and rest.

Great in town location, recently renovated kitchen and bath, Luxury Vinyl Plank floors, and nicely appointed with dedicated workspace, off street parking, convenient to shopping and restaurants. We host Travelers for the local hospital and other medical facilities. Pet Notes: Pets are to be approved in advance, Pets are welcome but there is a pet fee based on number of dogs and breed. We stopped here overnight on our road trip to Florida and found it to be very accommodating. Would stay here again if visiting Lake Marion. The place was spacious and had a great view of the lake.

I loved staying at Criddle Pond! Ruthie was a great host and was very helpful even before the stay began. The house was convenient to local universities, and the rooms were spacious and exactly as advertised. WiFi was very good and streaming TVs and devices worked well. The kitchen was not only beautiful, but also quite functional with lots of kitchenware. Almost any pot, pan, utensil, etc. that you would need to make any meal or dessert was available. All amenities were great and I especially loved the well-stocked coffee / tea station that greeted us. The amazing views of Criddle Pond, native trees/plants and even ducks, were truly very special and unique elements of this stay. Can’t wait to visit again!
