Villa Limhamn - Őrbottyán

We warmly welcome you in our villa with pool, pond panorama. We are baby- and dog-friendly. Our villa is located in the area of Őrbottyán, next to the fishing lake! Our air-conditioned villa with 3 bedrooms, living room with kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, two toilets, two large terraces awaits guests. Our rooms can accommodate up to 6 people. The lake can be reached only 5 minutes by walk. The pool is closed from November to March. In autumn and spring, we heat the water to approx. 20-25°C.

Kishaz

We opened Kishaz for you in 2019. Ever since then you luckily return to us with pleasure :) According to your feedbacks, Kishaz immediately makes you feel like you are home and you don't want to leave the house when your holidays ends. We have strong WIFI, Netflix and nature. Kishaz is not little, although the word 'kis' refers to the tiny size of an object/person. The house is spacious, cozy, warm. A perfect hideaway spot from the World, yet still close to all the programmes and the village.

Április 15-től: A Medencét nyáriasítottuk, a vízhőmérséklete min 25 Fok. Ősz - Tél -Tavasz: A medence nem üzemel, Nincs benti konyha, “csak” kinti sütés-főzés, de van kandalló, AC, és szauna! Ha szereted a kihívásokat, ez neked való hely… ha kényelmes vagy, és ez nem jön be, semmi gond!!! Várunk téged jövőre! Dőlj hátra és lazíts ezen a nyugodt, stresszmentes helyen. Bringás Vityilló - Nagymaros

A Vityilló "nagytestvére" is várja vendégeit. A faházunk Nagymaros külterületén helyezkedik el a Nomád bár, Zsigi büfé magasságában, autóval és biciklivel könnyedén megközelíthető, gyalogosan 20-30 perc könnyed sétára van a Nagymaros-Visegrád állomástól. A ház felszerelttsége: elektromos főzőlap,kenyérpirító, kávéfőző, vízforraló.A ház fűtését elektromos fűtőpanelek, hűtését ventillátorok biztosítják. A kertben tűzrakóhely van és a vendégeink rendelkezésére áll egy grillrács és bogrács is.

It has a separate entrance that ensures your privacy. 10 min's walk from the Danube, where you can access the bicycle road along the river, and 3 min's from the train station, where you can access the northern hills of Hungary for great hiking trails, or Budapest downtown, in just 30 mins.

The house is accessible by public transport, but carrying a lot of luggage may be challenging.

View of Budapest and the mountains, which is beautiful day and night. The house has a 10-meter long swimming pool. Barbecue facilities are available in the garden. Own parking for 4 cars in the yard of the house. Horse riding and fishing are also nearby. The nearest supermarket and gas station are 1 km away.
