This independent accommodation was designed on the ground floor of a beautiful stone barn located next to our house, facing Allagnat Castle. A large bay window overlooks the garden that you can enjoy. In the heart of the Chaîne des Puys, on the edge of a forest known for its magnificent beech forest, Allagnat is dominated by its medieval castle and surrounded by multiple hiking trails. Bedroom: 2 x 2 m mattress on slatted frame, Senseo coffee machine, kettle and small refrigerator. Opposite and at the foot of Puy de Dôme, with a breathtaking direct view of it, beautiful renovated 57 m² apartment. Within a 5-minute walk to a bakery, restaurants and souvenir shops. Less than 10 minutes from Vulcania, the Lemptegy Volcano, 3 minutes from the Panoramique des Dômes, 10 minutes from Clermont-Ferrand, it is a perfect base for sightseeing and walks. On the first floor of a building whose facade will soon be redone, above an enameled lava workshop/shop (quiet).

Towels, sheets and cleaning included

Total price includes bed sheets, towel and tea towel. You will stay in an apartment for 4 people plus a baby (cot and high chair provided) of 55 m2 with balcony on the 2nd and top floor (no elevator). It consists of a kitchen, two bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom/toilet (clawfoot bathtub). The house is composed of 2 apartments. Ours is on the 1st floor. We remain as discreet as possible to give you maximum use of the house and garden.

THE GRANGE OF MAGMA ***

We welcome you in an old renovated barn combining modernity and old world charm. You will find 4 bedrooms (including a master suite with shower and bathtub and dressing room) that can accommodate 9 people. A large living space with a kitchen open to the dining room. The lounge area is located on the mezzanine: a warm space conducive to rest. You can also enjoy a garage, and a small garden where you will have garden furniture and BBQ.
