Peaceful, beautiful and quiet, will definitely go again

A beautiful house, wonderful outdoor amenities, gorgeous nature, couldn’t be happier!

It is a magnificent and calm place. We did not take advantage of the pedal boat, the BBQ and the outdoor fire even though they were very easy to access. On the other hand, we took advantage of the breathtaking view of the lake, the hard-working little beaver and the little roe deer that came to visit us the first morning... Beautiful...😍

Michael and Shayna are great and responsive hosts. The house is as beautiful, airy and large as per the pictures. It is absolutely impeccably clean! The kitchen is fantastic! The location is calm and private with nice landscaping, birds and even a mini pond with frogs. At night, we heard the loons. There are many varied spaces to discover and enjoy, inside and outside, such as the inviting large game room, the pretty solarium or the outside decks. We went kayaking in the interesting bay and had fun going under the covered bridge and to Whetstone island. We opted to use the nearby boat ramp at Forand park as an easier way to put the kayak in the water. There is a walkable small access to the bay which is a good place to bring paddle boards. It was still early in the season and the small deck wasn't installed yet. Finally, we enjoyed getting smoked fish at Keet Baird just a little down the street. Thank you for the great escape and welcoming us in you house!

We loved the place; it was even more beautiful than in the photos. The tranquility of the place charmed us. It was pleasant (and it was different) to spend time in front of the house on the swing or on the covered balcony. Philippe is an attentive and very responsive host. All of his instructions were very clear. We'll be happy to come back!

Second stay here. Location is great to drive around and see parts of the eastern townships. It is great being on the water and the beautiful scenery. Internet service is great and has all the amenities that you would need.

Nice small village with gas station and a great Depanneur!! Easy to visit most tourist spots from here! Kitchen, outdoor deck and hot tub were a highlight for us!! Beware no cable just a TV. I used an adapter and HDMI cable to hook my iPhone and use my own entertainment apps!

This was one of our favorite airbnb stays ever. For the birders out there, there's a ton to see right outside the apartment, and we spent a ton of time just looking out over the lake and the mountains. A charming location. Plenty of space for two people over six days. We would love to return.

We stayed at Chalet Adventure Orford for the May long weekend. It was perfect for our stay. The chalet is easy to find and located in a beautiful and peaceful part of town. The chalet was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. It truly felt like home. Despite the rain, we did get a chance to sit outside on the deck and enjoy our morning coffee and the peace and quiet. Florence gave excellent instructions and recommendations that we took full advantage of. There are instruction cards all over explaining how everything works which we found very helpful. I would recommend the chalet to anyone. Thank you very much Florence and we hope to be able to stay at your chalet again the next time we are in the area.

Really enjoyed our 3 nights at Séjour. So convenient to everything in Knowlton. I thought that the bathroom and kitchen were well done. Best shower in a 10 day trip. Glad of the extra little bed since I have my hand in a splint at the moment. Needed extra room. Lovely. Also appreciated the little front deck. So nice for having a drink of wine at the end of a busy day of sightseeing. The Eastern Townships are absolutely beautiful and I’m so glad we ventured out of the big cities for 3 days.

Nice little stay with the family (with baby)! Maxime was available and accommodating. The condo is great! Comfortable, clean and well decorated, everything we needed was there! Well located; near a lake, a riverside walk, and a children's park.. cafe and restaurants away from Walking.. the coffee machine and fireplace are the little extras that make us want to come back!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the beginning, the host was extremely responsive and always available to answer our questions, which immediately put us at ease. We really appreciated his attention to detail and the care taken to make everything perfect. The place was even better than we had imagined, clean, comfortable and very well equipped. We felt right at home! Again for this great experience, we'll be happy to come back.

Very clean and cozy cottage. Comfy beds, well-stocked kitchen, and peaceful surroundings. It was a great home base for exploring nearby attractions (we enjoyed Sutton, Douglass Beach in Knowlton, driving the Route des Vines, and visiting the Granby Zoo and Montreal Biodome with our toddler). We appreciated the family-friendly features such as the high chair, baby plates and utensils, and baby gates which gave us peace of mind as the cottage spans two floors. Fanny also was very responsive.

Absolutely beautiful Airbnb on the lake. Had a blast kayaking until sunset, also checking out a Spa an hour away. We loved our stay. Very clean airbnb, comfortable bed, relaxing chairs both inside and out by the water. It would be an easy choice to stay here again in the future.

This place was wonderful! It had positively everything we needed :) it was cozy and the covered porch was a true gift on our rainy weekend getaway. I highly recommend!

This house was perfect. It is exactly what you hope for in an Air Bnb. It was absolutely immaculate inside and anything you could need was already there. My family and I had work to do on land in the area and we booked this location as a resting spot after long days of work and I'm so happy we did. I cannot stress enough how nice it was to unwind at the end of the day and look out at Lake Memphremagog through the expansive windows, while playing games with my family. It was so wonderfully quiet and peaceful. I also want to thank Ally (and the owner) for allowing us to bring our dogs with us. They loved playing outside and looking out the windows at the lake and surrounding woods. For one of our dogs it was his last trip, as he has reached the age where traveling after this will not be feasible so it was great to see him so happy there. It was truly a wonderful stay and we encourage anyone reading this to book a stay here. Thank you again for everything Ally.
