Independent air-conditioned studio of 35 m² with 12x6 swimming pool and pétanque court (to be shared with the owners), located in the middle of the vineyards of Frontonnais. Quiet, 3 km from the center of the village, 8 km from Fronton and 6 km from the Montauban highway exit. Living room with equipped kitchen, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, oven, cupboard, barbecue, TV, WIFI, 160 cm bed, bathroom (shower) with toilet, a 140 cm convertible corner sofa. Albi is 40 minutes away (Unesco World Heritage Cathedral) 1 hour from the city of Carcassonne, Revel and its market and the St Férréol basin.

The Castrum

The 3-star gîte (CDT 31) is housed in an old 13th century house that overlooks the vast village square and is part of the old medieval castrum (fortified square) whose thickness of certain walls and the embrasures recall the ancient origins of the place. The village is part of the Cocagne region within the "blue gold triangle" connecting Albi, Toulouse and Carcassonne, a region steeped in history related to the culture and flourishing trade of pastel in the 14th century.

We offer a quiet stay in our house in Orgueil, between Toulouse and Montauban. A farmers' market open 7 days a week is a 5-minute walk away. The house consists of a bedroom with a 140 bed, shower room, toilet, kitchen, living/dining room with a 120 sofa bed (TV, Wi-Fi), a mezzanine with a 90 bed and a garden with terrace. For the lucky ones, on a clear day, you will have the chance to see the Pyrenees and at night you can fall asleep admiring the starry sky. Breakfast is included and packed lunches are available on request.
