Villa Batu is a beautiful place to stay in the Puglia area. Two wonderful big bedrooms, and a great kitchen with lots of useful utensils (most well equipped kitchen we have stayed in). The outside area was really the star of the show though; there were multiple areas to sit to capture the sun throughout the whole day. A wonderful outdoor dining area, sun loungers and comfy seats throughout. The pool was superb. The location is peaceful, quite and serene. Would highly recommend a car as there aren't any shops/restaurants, etc. within walking distance nor any buses. Note for future guests - use Google Maps to navigate to 'Villa Batu' (it takes you directly there). Ilaria, the host, was excellent - responsive to communication, kind and helpful. And Michele, the caretaker, was also very helpful and good communication. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend this wonderful location and Villa Batu - it really is one not to miss!

Tutto come da aspettative! Appartamentino grazioso, accogliente e sicuramente caratteristico. Gli spazi erano puliti e curati e l’host molto gentile e flessibile. La posizione dell’alloggio è ottima poiché, nonostante la cittadina sia arroccata, si raggiunge facilmente dopo un’unica salita. Ovviamente lo consiglieremmo a chi è disposto a salire e scendere scale ripide e ad adattarsi agli spazi tipici delle case antiche, che sono affascinanti e pieni di storia. Grazie Cloudia!

We had probably our best Airbnb experience. We were greeted on arrival by Paolo who was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our vacation. We could reach him at any time and he also had countless good tips for us. Among other things, he recommended the best ice cream (still dreaming of cioccolata fondente). There were some super tasty local specialties waiting for us when we arrived. The house is very clean and furnished with great attention to detail. You can tell that the owner is an architect. In general, the house really had everything you need. From olive oil and spices to a washing machine and bathrobes. We wanted to spend the whole day on the terrace by the sea which definitely was our highlight. Our stay felt like a dream and we definitely want to come back as soon as possible. Thank you for everything.

Domy ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin, äusserst freundlich, spricht ausserdem fliessend deutsch und immer zu erreichen. Das Bett ist gemütlich.

Wonderful stay! Ilario met us in the street to make sure we were parked in the right spot. He took us in and explained the construction of the home, which was very interesting. He provided us with a map and recommendations on restaurants and things to do. Great location. Walkable to many of the sites and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

Wspaniałe miejsce w urokliwej okolicy. Piękny dom z tradycyjnymi elementami i równie piękny ogród z basenem, szczególnie świetnie wyglądający po zmroku. Cicho i spokojnie, bezproblemowy dojazd, mnóstwo prywatności. Bardzo miły gospodarz, zawsze dostępny i pomocny. Z pewnością wrócimy.

Cette petite "maison" traditionnelle est située au coeur de la vielle ville, quelques pas dans les ruelles et vous quittez l'agitation pour ce petit coin calme et très agréable. La plage est à 2 pas...Madia a pris soin de partager ses bonnes adresses pour les foccacia ou délices du petit déjeuner. Merci encore à elle pour ce très beau séjour.

* Best location in Gallipoli! - right across the street from the main beach, and right in old town. * Responsive host - even though you can't drive or park in old town; Stefania made check in super easy. She was waiting for us when we arrived, and helped us bring in our luggage while one person waited with the car. Then she drove with us to the parking lot where she had saved us a parking spot with her car. So easy! * Beautiful apartment in old neighborhood; I believe it's her family home; gorgeous touches throughout * Gorgeous patio - though note that there is only shade for a few hours in the afternoon; for much of the morning and late afternoon it is sunny and HOT on the main patio (with beach views) * FYI on layout: entry level is 3 BR/BA en suite; up narrow spiral staircase is second level with small kitchen, dining room, and one patio; up outdoor staircase is the patio with beach views. Need to be comfortable with stairs. Highly recommend!

Superbe séjour chez Rosanna. Ses parents ont été très accueillants et réactifs. Emplacement magnifique au cœur d’un jardin très bien entretenu. Nous avons apprécié prendre les vélos pour faire une balade dans les environs et toutes les commodités pour bébé (chaise haute, bassinette, bain). Grazie mille!

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad. De locatie is echt top. Je hebt wel een huurauto nodig. Wij hebben verschillende steden gedaan en daar het verblijf centraal ligt waren de afstanden goed te doen. De locatie is heerlijk rustig en midden in de natuur. De vakantiewoning was kraaknet. De buitenkeuken en het zwembad waren een groot pluspunt: heel netjes,gezellig en goed onderhouden.Van Rick kregen we een bundel met heel veel tips en deze was zeer duidelijk en handig opgesteld…. Top Hij reageert zeer snel als je een berichtje stuurde. Dit verblijf is zeker een aanrader voor wie op zoek is naar rust en comfort. Onze week is voorbijgevlogen

We had a wonderful time at Stefano's place with our family of 5. The property and home are beautiful. The kids enjoyed playing in the yard. There is ample patio space for dining or relaxing. We went off season and didn't use the pool but it looks wonderful for the summer. The old stone part of the house has great character. The hot tub is a great way to relax. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. We had plenty of room to spread out and relax. It's a short 10 minute drive to Ostuni, which has plenty of restaurants, shops, and things to see. We greatly enjoyed our time and would highly recommend the place to anyone visiting the area.

What a find!! This beautiful Apulian villa nestled among the olive groves of Ostuni was beyond all of our expectations!! The home , including an historical Trulo and luxurious pool are immaculate ; surrounded by pristine gardens all natural and organic. The white washed city of Ostuni is minutes away offering an abundance of restaurants, shopping and historical sites. Beautiful beaches are a short drive away with soft sandy beaches and the beautiful clear waters of the Adriatic Sea. Barbara and her husband were extremely helpful and always available to help in any way! Barbara's recommendations were spot on and she even went out of her way to make reservations for us at restaurants, cooking classes and wine tours! I highly recommend this amazing villa for your next vacation!

L’alloggio è fantastico, ottima soluzione per vivere veramente un’esperienza da local. Trulli isolati in un contesto di campagna senza caos, ben arredati e giardino con piscina ottimo per Bruno, il nostro amico a 4 zampe. Onofrio e Nadia sono stati gentilissimi, davvero ospitalità impeccabile che ci ha fatto sentire come fossimo a casa nostra. Amiamo la Puglia e torneremo sicuramente!

Vito et sa femme ont été très accueillants, le lieu est magnifique et très bien situé pour rayonner dans les principaux sites de la région des Pouilles, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir, un grand merci à Vito et sa femme pour leur gentillesse !

Se ci fossero state 10 stelle, le avrei messe tutte. Abbiamo organizzato un addio al nubilato al trullo armonia e Maria Giulia ha contribuito a rendere tutto perfetto. L’atmosfera romantica del trullo era sicuramente protagonista, ma senza l’organizzazione e la cura di Maria Giulia non sarebbe stata la stessa cosa. In struttura si possono organizzare tantissime attività, noi abbiamo partecipato ad un corso di ceramica e poi abbiamo preparato le orecchiette con Giovanna, che ti trasmette tutto l’amore per la Puglia. Tutto sopra le aspettative. Grazie Mary

Všechna hodnocení návštěvníků jsou pravdivá a můžeme jen souhlasit. Dokonalá lokalita, krásné zázemí ,zejména krásná rozlehlá zahrada ,kterou jsme milovali nejen my ,ale i náš malý pes. Naprosté soukromí ,jste tam sami ,nikdo Vás neruší. Přímo u moře se soukromou pláží pro pár lidí. Vše blízko ,všude se dá dojit i pěšky. Rodina Raffaely velmi vstřícná a milá.Cesta autem před sezónou z České republiky naprosto klidná ,ikdyž daleká, ale rozhodně stojí za to ,tuto cestu a dovolenou do domu k této rodině znovu zopakovat. Rádi zase přijedeme a tímto celé rodině Raffaely děkujeme.

Un lieu plein de charme et de poésie qui séduira les amoureux d’authenticité. Idéal pour sillonner la région, et si ce n’est pas précisé dans les guides, n’hésitez pas à visiter Ceglie ! De retour au trullo, on se retrouve au calme avec le chant des oiseaux et la douce chaleur du poêle si nécessaire. Allez-y vite, très vite !

We had a great 10 days staying at Trulli Tower in mid June. There is something special about having your very own Trullo to stay in and enjoy. The property itself was beautifully restored with all the amenities you might expect including a steam room, private pool and sundowner roof terrace. The position of the property means that your get to enjoy the sun all the way through to beautiful sunsets. Location-wise it is approx 8 mins to Putignano and the supermarket there. It was a great location for exploring the land of Trulli and and coast-line around Polignano a Mare etc. Sergio and his team could not have been more helpful. He was super friendly fly and helpful during our stay. Thank you!!

Wir waren eine Woche auf diesem traumhaften Anwesen. Trotz sehr später Anreise haben uns Arcangelo und Jerome herzlich empfangen und sich die Zeit genommen uns alles zu zeigen. Das Trullo ist gut ausgestattet und man findet alles was man braucht. Es war sauber und ordentlich. Man lebt den lokalen Lebensstil und das moderne Anwesen fügt sich wunderbar in diesen ein. Der Pool ist herrlich, um sich bei den heißen Temperaturen regelmäßig abzukühlen. Es ist schön ruhig gelegen und man kann entspannen. Ein Auto ist muss, Supermarkt etc. sind ca. 10-15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Arcangelo und Jerome waren zu unserer Zeit beide anwesend und immer für ein lockeres Gespräch zu haben. Ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

This Trullo was a gem. Rosanna met us and told us all information. The Trulli was truly a cosy house. There was everything we needed and the outdoor patio was gorgeous. Very close to lots of towns in Puglia. We stayed here for 5 nights and wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend

If you seek a peaceful retreat among olive and almond trees, with plenty of time to relax around the pool, this is the place for you! Pasquale was very helpful and kind - his mother even brought a beautiful bowl of fresh fruit from her orchard. We had to purchase a few essentials but Pasquale had offered excellent recommendations for stores, bakeries, restaurants and more. A note about Carovigno: dip into the side streets behind the main square and you will uncover the heart of this place with some great restaurants and bars - shout out to Small and Smiling Bar!

Words aren’t adequate to describe this magnificent villa set in groves of oranges and olives. It is so peaceful with plenty of outside decks and spaces. The host has thought of so many ways to ensure his guests are comfortable and enjoy their stay. His information about restaurants, things to do, and places to see was so helpful. The location is perfect for easy access to roads that take you to nearby sights and villages. We are adventurers and he was able to provide us with much useful advice and direction. We loved this place!

Wir waren mit unseren 2 kleinen Kindern bei Giovanna im Haus und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet (was bei teils Regen super war), die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet und es hat wirklich alles was Kinderherzen höher schlagen lässt. Vom Beistellbettchen über eine Babyschaukel im Wohnzimmer hin zu Spielsachen und Spielplatz und natürlich der geniale Pool. Der schöne Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein und sonst sind es bloss wenige Autominuten zu den karibischen Stränden. Giovanna war eine sehr gastfreundliche, hilfsbereite und immer schnell verfügbare Gastgeberin. Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und hoffen, selber wieder einmal zu kommen.
