Monthly Rentals in Orient

I have a lovely time at this charming home. It was exactly as pictured and advertised. The home is warm and inviting and I was very comfortable throughout my stay. The backyard has a beautiful view of a lake. I spent quite a bit of time on the rear deck reading and getting distracted by that view. Locally there is Greenport Village, Orient Point State Park and Inlet County Park to name a few of my favorite outings. Thank you to my host for being so responsive when I called with a minor issue one late evening. I hope to return for another stay one day in the future.

Rosemary was an excellent host and the home was clean, well stocked and felt very comfortable as a home away from home while traveling. We especially enjoyed the community’s private beach, using the provided parking pass, which was clean and calm water for children. After checkout I had left a pair of glasses and Rosemary let me know right away and assisted me in retrieving them before we left town which was much appreciated. The amenities for staying with a child were so helpful (changing table, pack & play, high chair, baby gate for stairs, beach toys). Would definitely recommend. Thank you!

Gabrielle’s place was so nice & the perfect spot for our little yearly family friend’s trip! We booked last minute 2 days before our stay and Gabrielle was so accommodating and nice! The home was beautiful, 10 minute drive to Greenport, a walk down the road to a private beach, beautiful vineyard to sit in front of or walk around in and a nice pool to relax in. Would absolutely stay again next time we’re on the North Fork!
