It is priceless to be in the porch of the house with mountain views. The bottom floor has a spectacular window, and a very nice and very large living area. Perla was always ready to help us and offer recommendations. The village is very close to many mountain routes and is very close to a large village with all the services you may need Although the house is next to the road, I have to say that it sleeps 10! Quiet and quiet place, very well located. The garden and beautiful surroundings. The spaces of the house are very well used. Very friendly people who take care of the place. At last an optimal place to rest in the middle of nature and also with quick access to the road and the highway.

If you want the perfect get- away home in the idyllic region of Austurias look no further. This vacation rental has spectacular views of the ocean with fantastic rock outcroppings and the sound of the sea day and night. The home is well appointed with a highly functional kitchen and three comfortable bedrooms. The additional building on the grounds has a great view, a comfortable queen size bed, and a roomy bathroom with a shower. The house has wonderful architectural detail and is tastefully furnished. It is a gem. Julio, the host, goes above and beyond with advice on places to visit. Astorias is a magnificent area of Spain. Beautiful rides up into the mountains with lakes and hikes once you get there, gorgeous, large and small beaches, restaurants galore and a fine art museum in Orviedo. The Astorias airport(OVD) is only about 15 minutes from the house. if you are lucky enough to find a vacancy here, grab it.

The house was particularly generously stocked - everything one could need is there. It is tastefully decorated. It was clean. It has its own parking and it's own little private garden with seating. There are a few apartments together but everyone was respectful and there were no noise issues. Elena responded when requested but otherwise guests were given their privacy. There is a lovely cove within walking distance. The scenery is beautiful. There is a path for walking into Llanes. We were sorry to leave!

We are delighted! It's a very quiet area and the house is breathtaking. We really liked the treatment received by the agency, they were very pending and they cared a lot about us.

I felt like a super cozy place to stay in a spectacular setting. We travel a group of married friends with children. The houses are spectacular, we book the 3 that are communicated by the living room but can be rented independently. They are super cozy houses on the mountain wood ovens fireplaces outside barbecue …. no lack of detail, we enjoyed a lot. The natural environment is beautiful, ideal for disconnecting and hiking routes or getting close to skiing in San Isidro a half hour away. Access to the narrow and curved but feasible house. The lovely owner, explaining everything in detail and answering all the doubts at the moment. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

The house is like in the photos, we were a group of 7 and the house was very comfortable. The only thing we had a couple of inconveniences; upon arriving at the house the fob to open the garage door did not work and we had to leave the cars on the slope of the entrance to the house. And having been on January 1st, our intention was to make food at the house because few restaurants and sites are open that day and more around the house area. But the oven was completely broken and the barbecue grill completely rusted. Either way, those who manage the house took note of what we discussed and in the case of the garage control, they fixed it the next day.

We had a fantastic vacation time at the house. The house is very comfortable, you have everything you need and it is very well located to be able to visit many places in Asturias due to its proximity and good communication. Highly recommended.

Really enjoyed our stay. The house was very comfortable, and the garden was massive. Certainly larger than it looks in the pictures. If you want privacy and quiet family time then this place is a winner. The pool was really nice. It is an outdoor pool of course so you have to wait for ambient temperature to rise, which is fine. There are some really nice walks to be had even a short drive away. Overall it was excellent and we will be back again.

Very good location. The house is as described in the ad. Fully equipped. Perfect communication with the host, we had a little problem in one of the rooms and they came right away to fix it. Ease and information for taking taxis. Lots of outdoor activities in the area. We'll be back!

We ended up wanting to stay longer since we barely took advantage of the facilities! The house is very nice and with everything you need. With different outdoor areas, it's very cozy. Jesus Angel is very kind and approachable! Thank you for your attention!

A perfect place to disconnect. Poblado apart from everything, the house is very good, we have missed some accessories in the kitchen but things are not important, clarify that the pool is communal for the village, the house has private access to the pool (being the only one that has it), and the views from the pool are spectacular. We spent some quiet days enjoying the surroundings and visiting the area.

We, 3 families of 10 people, had a wonderful stay at this cozy and comfortable place. The space was exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway and even exceeded our expectations. Anna is a fantastic host—she was always responsive, helpful, and incredibly friendly. The location is perfect, with plenty of restaurants, supermarket, and walkable. Highly recommended!
