apartment in very good condition and very well equipped ideally located near train station and city center excellent communication very accommodating for check-in i recommend it without hesitation

We just returned from our stay in Blois and we were very satisfied with the residence. The location is amazing and the house was a great value compared to others we researched. We ate lovely meals there with food from the local shops and enjoyed the view. There are a few caveats to share that didn't negatively impact our stay, but should be shared for clarity. There are two toilettes in the house on two different level and they are shared by all guests. There are in-room bathing and sinks in each bedroom, but only one room has a stand up shower. The other two are designed to combine with a bath. There is another shower on the main level, but it is not as convenient as having it in-room. There is also no realistic parking on site and the center town is crowded. We used the paid parking that is very close and convenient, but was an extra 15 euro per day. Lastly, it is good to know this is an old building with neighbors, so there is some noise. Our co-host was also fantastic. Merci!

Very nice welcome and very nice apartment. A gigantic and very pleasant terrace in the afternoon. Everything is very relaxing and reassuring. Another positive point, the accommodation is very close to the train station and shuttles.

Friendly place for one night. Easy access via highway. Private parking. Very clean accommodation. Host very responsive to messages. The only downside is the sofa bed, which is not ultra comfortable. But I recommend this accommodation and host without any problems 👍

Very well-equipped apartment. Everything is sparkling clean. Within cycling distance of the city center with many restaurants. The bakery is within walking distance to get delicious baguettes in the morning and more. Supermarkets are also in short proximity. Bicycles could be safely stored in the basement room on the bottom left of the apartment building and the wagon can be placed in the open parking space with enclosed bareel. Places too over to park.👌👍

Very well furnished and very clean accommodation, peaceful and easy to access. It has easy access with the possibility of parking your vehicle nearby and direct access to the garden. Eugenia, whom we met, is very friendly and available for advice. Accommodation to recommend and that we will book without hesitation during a new visit to the region.

We stayed in this apartment with two kids for a week. The host was very responsive and was determined to help whenever we asked for. The parking in front of the apartment was easy and safe. The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay away from home. The location of the property suited us very well since we could visit to several attractions(from the city Orleans to as far as Oradour-sur-Glane) around the region. Overall, we have a very positive experience at the Janminh’s tidy apartment.

Functional apartment, very well located in the heart of the center and close to the banks of the Loire. Large free parking. Entrance either through the building lobby or through the enclosed garden. We have been able to enjoy this beautiful accommodation, the surroundings and Bertrand for 10 days! When you sit on your terrace with a glass of wine/beer, you feel like a privileged person! You look out over the Loire and the beautiful countryside and if you have a question just ask Bertrand, what a friendly, service oriented man he is, 6 stars from us! kitchen is spotless and very fully equipped so that even cooking was very good. Walking, cycling (we brought our own), swimming, jacuzzi, Blois, castles, eating out, it was all fantastic! Thanks Bertrand, we'll definitely be back!

Bertrand welcomed us warmly. The cottage offers a splendid view of the Loire, from the terrace, jacuzzi and swimming pool! The place is very clean, well-appointed. Close to the city center while being quiet, perfect for relaxing!
