There is a Shoppers Drugmart just up the street Sunnyside and Bank. The TD center is a 10 min walk. There you will find groceries, restaurants, farmers market in the summer, movie theatre, all kinds of shopping boutiques and stores, concert venue, sports venue. There is a city bus stop in front of the building. The airport is a 13 min drive and the train station 10 min. The Voyageur bus station is a 35 min walk . There is no parking on the property itself but street parking is available for free and there are no restrictions.

Fully equipped kitchen. The laundry is on the same level & private full bathroom for the in law suite guests only. Lovely back yard. Guests can use the exercise room equipped w/treadmill, exercise bike, elliptical & weights, etc.
