I will rent a comfortable, bright room in a quiet area surrounded by a forest. The Polanica promenade is within a 10-minute walk through the forest (a popular shortcut) or a little further along the asphalt road. Equipment: kitchenette + pots, pans, dishes and cutlery. Comfortable double bed with the possibility of adding an extra bed. Wardrobe with mirror, dresser, ironing board, iron, TV with Netflix apps. There is a barbecue and a table with chairs. The area is very quiet with a view of the mountains.

You will find a spacious fireplace with a seating area with large glazing for playing with children, dancing or yoga, a kitchen with a dining room for 10 people, a stone terrace with a coffee table, sofa and armchairs, and two lockable bedrooms.

The apartment is located near the Spa Park in Duszniki Zdrój. 10 km from Zieleniec Ski Arena. Apartment 152 is located on the top floor of apartment building No. 438 and thus has a unique view of the ski slope. A big advantage is the elevator, which allows barrier-free access to the apartment. For a comfortable stay, we recommend our apartment for 2 adults with max 2 children.
