When we discovered this magical place in 2020, in Bystřice near Včelákov at the foot of the Železné Mountains in the Protected Landscape Area, we knew that we wanted to share it and pass on its energy to other people. On one side a forest, on the other a pond, pure nature, peace and fresh air. We have built 2 cottages here, which have separate entrances, so you will not disturb each other at all. And who are we? We created the "Za górami za lasami" settlement out of love for the mountains, mornings with views of the peaks and a passion for hiking and MTB. If it is important for you to immerse yourself in nature, but at the same time you are looking for a place that will give you access to attractions such as trekking routes, bicycle routes or ski lifts, then we are for you. It is a place for families with children, groups of friends or singles, as long as you value nature and peace. The settlement is located in the Śnieżnicki Landscape Park.

There are 3 new cottages located in a very mountainous area, at a comfortable distance from each other. Each of them has a spacious living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette.

Rent the entire cottage with a total of five bedrooms (each bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet) and a large common area. In the garden there is an outdoor seating area and a stone terrace with a fireplace and a grill. The garden gradually slopes down to the riverbed (freely accessible). Outdoor relaxation is possible in the USSPA outdoor wellness hot tub for 7 people. Private parking for up to 7 cars is located right next to the cottage. The ski bus stop is right next to the cottage.
