Holiday rentals with a patio in Ormesby Saint Margaret

Brilliant apartment on a quiet street only a few moments walk from the hustle and bustle of the town centre and sea front. Immaculately clean and beautifully modern, had everything we needed as a family of 4 with young children.

Absolutely beautiful, spacious and immaculate apartment. The location was just brilliant, right above the arcades (which you couldn’t hear at all, surprisingly!) and just so close to the sea, can see it within seconds of walking out of the accommodation. We loved staying here, everything was so modern, very uncluttered and had everything we needed. Also one of the comfiest sofas we have ever sat on! The bathroom was lovely, very clean and great to have the option of the shower or the lovely deep bath to use. The outside area was a real treat to have in the sun, and again such a surprise at how quiet it was given how close you are to the hustle and bustle from the arcades and busy street below. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

We had a fabulous stay at Lime Tree lodge! So nice to enjoy the hot tub in the evening and relax. Very peaceful and comfortable. Thank you!

Chalet is fantastic – highly recommended! The chalet is the perfect size for four people – we were a group of three this time, so it felt especially spacious. The site is peaceful, with friendly and quiet neighbours, which made for a very relaxing stay. The marina is just a two-minute walk away and is absolutely beautiful. There are plenty of beaches within a short drive, and a great selection of restaurants all within easy walking distance. Dennis is a fantastic host – warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. He truly went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

A lovely apartment, approx 5 minutes walk into the centre of Cromer. The apartment was very spacious, bigger than I expected and spotlessly clean. Lovely welcome pack including pastries, Buck’s Fizz, milk , fruit etc. It has quality furnishings and is extremely well equipped with everything you might need. Super American style fridge freezer in the large kitchen/diner and a lovely comfy king size bed in the large bedroom. Jean was very responsive and on hand if needed. This was definitely one of the best apartments I have stayed in, I will definitely stay again if in the area. Highly recommended. Thank you Jean.

Just returned from a weekend break at Kirsty's chalet & literally cannot fault it! spotlessly clean, check in was straight forward and there were some lovely little welcome gifts for us & the kids which were a lovely surprise. swimming pool was a couple minute walk & brilliant.. beach was only a 10 minute walk away and also only 10 minutes to yarmouth pier 😊 100% we will return. We had a lovely stay when visit g Norwich and family for a wedding. We were very comfortable and the property had everything we needed and was very nicely furnished and finish was nice and stylish. Kitchen was fully equipped with entering we needed including a good old air fryer ! We had two small dogs with us and they enjoyed the garden and house too. We had family over for tea and it was lovely to be able to sit outside in a nice tidy private garden for the day/ evening. I would definitely recommend this property and Caroline was always firmly, helpful and accommodating. 10/10!

Another fabulous stay at La Capanna. We walked on the nearby beach every day which was a big part of our holiday. We left feeling relaxed and rested. Will definitely be back again.

David was a very responsive host. The lodge was everything we were expecting. The garden was secluded and peaceful. Would recommend a stay at Lain Lodge.

This is the second time I have stayed at Amanda's home. Set over three floors, it is an excellent place to live comfortably. This is the first time i have taken a pet, and she was very well behaved. Because the house is in a lovely neighbourhood we acknowledge sound curfews, and we were very careful not to disturb any of the neighbours. Cars are easily parked and generally safe. A perfect place to stay, where we enjoy walks and the local maritime features. The Gorleston-on-Sea beach has to be the best ever. I always like to leave a place as i found it, and I don't think our host will be in anyway disappointed that we left it beautifully clean. Thank you to our lovely host, and we hope to visit again.

A wonderful convivial city centre house.The property is well equipped with everything you could need during your stay.Location is central near all shops and amenities.I would recommend to other travellers.

Just returned from a lovely few days at Passing Moon. The house was very spacious and nicely decorated. The garden was plenty big enough for the dog and we enjoyed the hottub. Unfortunately we didn't have the best weather but we managed to explore both the coast and local broads.

This was a stunning Airbnb. Beautifully decorated and well equipped, with thoughtful personal touches, flowers and homemade brownies to greet us. We thought it was the perfect location to explore the area and Harriet sent lots of helpful information about local places to eat and explore. We hope to return again soon.

The apartment was perfect. The host was excellent and gave us great recommendations on places to visit in the area.

We have just returned from a fabulous break at this perfect retreat in Sheringham. This flat exceeded all expectations, simply put it was by far the best Air b&b we've ever stayed in! Tanya and Mark's attention to detail is fantastic! As well as being beautifully and tastefully decorated, there is milk in pots, tea/coffee, there are biscuits and there are all the cleaning materials you may want during your stay. There is a patio area where you may sit and chat outdoors. Would not hesitate to go again, cannot recommend enough!

Lovely Annex type building and very clean and tidy, it’s exactly what you want when staying away, it has a lovely private garden overlooking the fields and that’s where we spent most of the evening. Very comfortable and the hosts were great.

This is the second time we've stayed at this apartment and we've really enjoyed both times. It is superbly located just off Cromer centre, so easy access to shops and restaurants, but also very quiet. The apartment is well appointed and spacious and feels very homely. Fran and David are responsive and friendly in their communication. Overall: excellent.

The Little Workshop is the perfect small accommodation for a single person or for a couple taking a short break. There is only a small hob and a microwave but this didn't bother me as I chose not to spend time cooking. All the furniture is comfortable. I particularly liked the shower! It took me 30 minutes to walk into Sheringham on 2 occasions by 2 different routes along footpaths, and about 1 hour into Cromer, but I also used the excellent bus service - the nearest bus stop is about a 2 minute walk from The Little Workshop. I spent 2 evenings at the local Village Inn which has a lovely garden and good food - unfortunately it was closed for my third evening, so I had to eat elsewhere. There is plenty of choice in Cromer and in Sheringham I can recommend the Two Lifeboats. The very warm weather was the icing on the cake for me! I had a great break at The Little Workshop and would happily stay there again.

Had a lovely weekend break. Very nice little flat with good facilities, in a brilliant location, which was very peaceful. We will definitely be back very soon.
